Pésima estancia.
Seré lo más objetivo posible con mi evaluación. Lo primero, la atención del personal es inmejorable, siempre atentos y serviciales. La estancia: La alberca temperatura promedio. La suite 34 mala, está considerada para 6 personas, con 2 camas matrimoniales y 1 cama king size que está en el piso de arriba de la suite, sin embargo, no hay separaciones entre “las 2 habitaciones” que dice tener en la descripción; lo malo de todo se centra en el que tiene un solo baño, una regadera y un espejo, que para 6 personas (aunque sea de la misma familia) es insuficiente e incómodo, pues no satisface las necesidades de los ocupantes. El tener refrigerador, cocineta, 2 parrillas de gas, cafetera, microondas, etc le da un plus. No tiene adecuado control de plagas dentro de la suite, muchas hormiguitas negras en la cocineta y en el baño. El baño: pésimo, nuevamente una taza y una regadera para 6 personas, no más no. Además no cuenta con trampa de olores la coladera, lo cual generó en todo momento olor a caño. La taza de baño pésima, entre cada descarga tardaba en llenarse más de 25 minutos para lo cual teníamos que llenar una cubeta. De TODO, absolutamente de TODO, se le informó al gerente en turno y al personal de cada turno, resolviendo lo de la taza del baño hasta la última noche que estuvimos (fueron 4 noches).

Excelente servicio desde la administración hasta las camaristas. Las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones y con aire acondicionado. Nosotros nos quedamos en la suite que cuenta con cocina, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, utensilios para cocinar y vajilla. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar en este hotel.
