Very modern hotel with sleek, clean architecture and furnishings. Friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of food choices. Also, the line up of red Ferrari’s was extraordinary. Bit of mold in the shower floor but desk staff said they appreciated our informing them. Overall a very pleasant place.

Always a pleasure

The only concern I have its the cost of laundry service, its a bit exaggerated, they do a great service and I go to this hotel at least once a year. The t-shirts cannot be charged like a regular shirt? Its easy for me to go to the local laundry service I just assume giving the hotel the business, but if its going to cost as much as a night at the hotel? I will either not use the service or move to a hotel with much reasonable laundry service cost! I like the hotel, the people are great and enjoyed every stay over the years, something is changing? Emanuel and the rest if the customer service are 5-6 Star hotel crew. Thank you all Enrique

Our room was spacious with a large bathroom which was spotlessly clean but the hotel is just a business hotel with no creature comforts, it felt strangely sparse and unwelcoming . There was no on site restaurant and we were encouraged to use their restaurant in the town centre which had a minibus service but we chose to walk to a local restaurant instead. On check in we were allocated a room in the annexe which is just around the corner from the main building. We'd parked in front the the hotel and unloaded our luggage (we had a car full of luggage as we were touring Italy/France for 3 weeks) but the receptionist told us we could park in front of the annexe, so we reloaded our luggage into the car rather than carry it around to the room. When we drove round to the annexe there was a guy who rather rudely told us we could not park there as there was a Ferrari event going on although there were loads of spaces. After a 3 hour drive we were pretty tired and we were annoyed to have to unload the luggage and move the car back to where we had originally parked... sounds fairly petty now but at the time it was really annoying. We were made to feel like second class quests as we weren't driving a Ferrari! To add insult to injury our car was damaged in the car park overnight, there was a deep scratch down the door when we returned to it in the morning. Thankfully we were only booked in for one night.

There is no restaurant on premises Walk to restaurant is 20 minutes or so to town which is good Hotel check in gal was snobby and could have cared less that we had arrived for our holiday one night stay. A bit put off about the offer of a shuttle to restaurant that she said is ‘the best in the world ‘ I’m sure it is excellent but after a long day of travelling- we didn’t want to dress up to go to a snooty Michelin? Restaurant and that was accompanied by her snooty attitude at check in.

The location is fantastic. I spent hours with my bedroom window open, enjoying the sounds and sights of Ferrari enthusiasts going for drives in Ferrari’s and Lamborghinis and even. mcLaren. Really friendly and enthusiastic staff, spotless rooms and amenities. Pretty good breakfast. All in all a truly memorable and pleasant experience.

Very well presented hotel opposite the Ferrari factory! Unfortunately our shower drains was blocked and flooded the bathroom, but all fixable.

One night stop - with friends - reception / check in very friendly and efficient Rooms spacious and clean Totally recommend their restaurant- the meal was fantastic and not over priced Ideal location for visiting everything Ferrari!

First off, the location is fantastic. We stayed in the extended part of the hotel and our room was on the top floor facing Ferrari's factory. We actually sit on the bed and watched Ferrari's flood out of the factory. The room was very accommodating and the amenities were setup nicely. Breakfast in the morning was very convenient. Dani at the front desk made our stay extra special. She helped us with reservations and just put a smile on our day. Kudos to the staff and to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
