Bhu Nga Thani Resort and Spa

The hotel was beautiful and the customer service was fabulous!

This resort definitely lived up to the pictures. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The pool with the swim up bar was awesome. It is on East Railay beach which has beautiful views but is muddier and less of a “hangout” beach than West Railay. But it is an easy walk to the west side and the lagoon so we did not mind at all.

Super stylish resort and fabulous pool incredible service and attention to detail. An oasis of luxury in an interesting hippy environment stunning scenery and walks. We will be back again

The property is well designed and laid out. There are nice design feature and in general very well kept and looks like new with a mix of modern and colonial style decor. The location of the property is unfortunately on the Railay EAST Beach. Which is not a beach at all. It’s more like a swamp and not even fish swim there. So you have not such a nice view and for swimming you have to walk to Either Railay West or Phra Nang (cave) beach. The first a 10 minute walk and the second 15 minutes. The biggest problem is the indifferent attitude by some of the staff. This is a shame as the majority of them are super polite and helpful. The reception staff are very efficient, the pool staff (Free) are great and most of the restaurant staff are excellent such as Praw and Beer. Unfortunately at the restaurant a particular individual named Four was unpleasant and the Spa staff were rude talking in Thai between when I was having a conversation with them. To conclude, if i was to visit again would I stay there? The answer is probably yes.

The customer service at the hotel was excellent, they fixed us up and delivered our vip upgrade. Would recommend this hotel when staying in Railay. Close walk to everything, nice comfortable stay.

We loved the breakfast it was similar but also just a little different each day, they have amazing coffee also. The pool was fun and the staff was so friendly. The resort was close to the walkways that led to either of the other beaches and also close to all the restaurants along that side of railay beach. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable! Would recommend staying here!

This was a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were spacious and very nice. We had a balcony as well. The pool was really nice and the complimentary breakfast was great. If we ever come back to Railay, we will stay here again!

This was the best place we stayed at of our entire 16 day trip. We were having a rough honeymoon until we came to Bhu Nga Thani, our stay here turned our honeymoon around. We loved it so much, we rebooked to stay again later in our trip. I cannot say enough about the incredible staff, each member stood out as exemplary, welcoming, and professional. Just the overall attitude of the staff impacted my own mood positively. I am grateful to each individual. The rooms were gorgeous, clean, well stocked and left nothing to be wanted. These were not the most expensive rooms we stayed in during our trip, but the were hands down the most luxurious. Ironically, this was also the only place to have hair conditioner- other Bali/Thailand travelers take note... The breakfast buffet is out of this world food wise and view wise. Buffet staff, also incredible. Bhu Nga Thani lives up to its photos. The staff make it a 10/10 for me. I can not recommend this spot enough.

Didn’t realize we had to take a water taxi to get here but turned out great considering they have water taxis even at 1:00am. The hotel staff was great a willing to help with everything. There was a bit of a language barrier but they understood for the most part and being a champion in charades, I was able to convey my message. The rooms were good and cleaned everyday. Had a hit water issue e first night we where there but it was quickly resolved in a matter of minutes. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the intersections. Overall I’d stay here once again once I decide to come back to Railay.

Fantastic location near East Railay pier making transfers very easy. The hotel itself was great and the staff immensely friendly and helpful. The hotel organized our transfers to and from the resort/airport. Breakfast was decent. The spa was lovely and should be taken advantage of. While more expensive than local joints, the site was air conditioned and clean.
