Check-in — late night check in, tired, was given a 2nd floor room however keys not working, had to go back to front desk to change keys, staff found out some rooms have been having problems with door keys including ours. Given another room, this time on the first floor.
Room - smells terrible, dusty floor, crumbs on floor, seems like housekeeping did not clean well, cigarette hole on blanket, broken bed base, broken bathroom door, toilet flush could couldn’t be flushed here and there, NO SOAP - asked for soap in the morning and they said they don’t have soap for guests, they said there is no delivery!
Breakfast - good service in the lounge, breakfast was okay - they have waffles, string cheese, cream cheese, jam, butter, oats, coffee, bread
Check out - $100 deposit will not be given / refunded right away if you use card —- this was not explained the night we checked in —
Better if you just give $100 cash for deposit so you can get it right away when you check out.
