Nice hotel. I have stayed here several times and it is always my go to hotel in Tagum. It is super close to bus terminal and easy to catch transports to other parts of city. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Close to bus terminal

We got downgraded cus of an shower not working. Wish we got the same quality room in xchange , and i had to ask for an refund.they fixed it after asking for it.. And the shower not working was out of their control. The room we got had a lot of tiny ants. The bed sheet had large holes in it , they said that they woud change it but it never happened. The staff was amazing and wery friendly and helpfull , and the security guard outside was wery frienfly to. Great place to sit outside the rooms whit a terrace and sofa whit tables inside. Grab food and food delivery in rooms in no problem as they have no roomservice food. The hotel is located wery close to the bus terminal and that is wery convinient , and thats the main reason i woud considder booking here again. The price is a bit to high for what they offer.

I twice check inn in that hotel but i incounter very noisy during 12midnight,,because of his guest late check in i heard shouting ,talking louder in the hallway.

AVOID this place at any cost. The area is surrounded by homeless camps, people laying on the sidewalk in front of the `hotel`. Power goes out multiple times a day, sometimes for hours. Wifi is totally unreliable even if there is power. We did not have water for over a day and the employees just shrug. We left it after about 3 days and went to another hotel with zero issues for not much more. AVOID!
