Staff needs more customer service training. every morning when I come to the lobby, I acknowledged them before they would even say hello to me. did not thank me for staying with them during check in or check out. After checking out, their response was "You're good, you can go". Couple of lights weren't working in my suite, house cleaning did not clear the balcony ashtray during my entire stay. A very mediocre experience, will try another hotel next time.
