The Green Park Pendik

Although the hotel was empty we were given a room (to make it easy for the cleaners) next to 3 young boys who laughed and talked until 3.00 in the morning making it impossible to sleep. We had had a meal in the restaurant where we were cheated into paying twice the price for a bottle of wine which was not our original choise. The waiter then produced the wine we had asked for ,when complaining about the bill, and said yes but it's small and 2 people should drink a large bottle.?????

Beautiful and clean place, and the bed was very comfy (very important!). Staff were nice and helpful, but my check-in was slow. The room was very nice, and beautiful view, but was too hot — 25celsius! — this is a problem with their kind of “central” system, only option is heat in fall/winter months. Overall, enjoyed the stay and recommend the hotel

Nice hotel with sea views. Extensive room service menu. Wonderful garden for coffee and breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

Because receptionists are the most important part of hotels as they give the first impression to a customer. Reception staff at this hotel in the morning need to learn how to treat clients as they should not be at the front desk without training in how to smile and how to talk to the customer. I arrived at the hotel at 10.30 am on 10/10/2020 and requested to check-in but the lady at the reception desk asked me to pay 100 TL for early check-in!!!?? I agreed to because my family and I were so exhausted, and I asked her if I could pay when I get some rest and because the money was inside my luggage, The check-in process took about 30 minutes to finish and to give me the key!! which she gave me a very small room and wasn't suitable for 2 adults and a child, but I agreed just because I was exhausted. What annoyed me the most is that within two hours, while my family and I were sleeping, the lady at the reception called me and woke me up twice to ask me to pay 100 TL !!! ??? I cannot understand how a 5-star hotel can do this or how they can deal with such clients, I paid for the taxi about 150 TL to get to the hotel while the lady woke me up twice within two hours just to pay 100 liras, knowing that there were many 5-star hotels are closer and cheaper to the airport. My plan was to stay at this hotel around 15 days but after that, I decided to move to another one Anyway and overall don't expect to see a 5 stars hotel regarding the services

Nice enough large hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. During the off season and during COVID so lot of services not available but then cost was low too.Ten minutes walk to tram line maybe 15 to down town Pendik across road from The Sea of Marmara.

Pros: The hotel is very clean and staff was covered to protect themselves and guests. The beds were very comfortable. Restaurants, spa, lounge and amenities were very nice. The view of the water was very nice and it is a comfortable 8 minute walk to the metro line that runs right behind the hotel. Cons: the door key. Every key I was given only worked for 1 hour. That ment every time I went out of the room it was a trip to the front desk. They said it was the system. Horrible inconvenience! Also staff said due to covid there was no Air conditioning. So it was 28.5 in the room at night which for us was too uncomfortable to sleep well. The sound was too loud to sleep with the windows open. With the windows closed it was very quiet.

Tried 2 rooms and both had WiFi connection but internet was very to you unusable. Had to take work into lobby or restaurant areas to get good enough speeds. Apart from that the hotel was very clean and comfortable and service was great.

İt is a beautiful hotel. İ stayed in the junior suite with amazing views. Just a few issues such as room service, you have to pay straight away so you cannot charge it to the room which is silly for a 5* hotel. Paying 50tl for a bucket of ice was shocking as it should be free like in other hotels. Check in was odd as the receptionists looked like they were put there forcefully, no information was given about the hotel.. only my key card and was only told where the lifts were and what floor my room was on. It's like all they are interested in is money, there is a charge for everything and all must be paid upfront. It should be about giving the guest a good experience, such a shame. I've stayed in many 5* hotels or even 3 or 4 stars and never have i had to pay for ice :) 50tl.. wow.. only good thing was how beautiful my room and view was.

Bado , not clean , staff bad , all when gou see it you will feal like its 5 stars hotel but i rated half star.

Working people so stupid also I didn’t drink any juice in room they are changed me extra money please don’t used this hotel anymore
