This was definitely a 5-star experience, from check in, to the room, housekeeping, facilities, restaurant. The breakfast was definitely a huge highlight. Best coffee in Bratislava! Cooked to order breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay for my husband's birthday weekend. We thank each one of the staff for their hospitality and hope to be back again soon!

Lovely small boutique hotel. excellent breakfast. But, the location is in a residential area, up on the hill, There is nothing walkable! Additionally the hotel host events. so, for the 3 nights that we stay there were 3 events that block the lobby, the restaurant was closed for hotel guests. It really sucks since there is no restaurants nearby. And the very loud music was playing till 2 am! We couldn’t get any sleep )-: totally disrespectful for the guests! This place needs to decide if it is a hotel or a banquet hall.

Mycket bra personal,lyhörda och hjälpfulla,inga sura miner när vi ville byta rum,utan hjälpte till utan krus.
Frukosten var liten besvikelse då man endast hade frukost från menyn,inget kvalitemässigt att klaga på,men blev lite väl dyrt för våra pensioner. Bättre att ha byffé´´-frukost inbäddat i total priset.

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben das Hotel NUR ausgesucht weil es mit einem Pool und Wellness Bereich auf Expedia beworben wurde. Leider mussten wir dann von der Rezeptionistin erfahren, dass es schon seit Jahren keinen Pool mehr gibt. Der Supervisor wollte uns in keinster Weise entgegenkommen und hat gemeint, dass Expedia an allem Schuld ist. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr bemüht doch der Supervisor wollte uns nichts als Entschädigung anbieten (abgesehen von einem Frühstück, das wir ohnehin schon bezahlt hatten).
