Riva Lofts Florence

Good: Very nice decoration, good cleaning work everyday. Good bed. Very nice reception. Very convenient to have bikes with baby seat! Not so good: If have washing machine it'll be perfect. Quality of breakfast could be better. Things for kitchenette are very very limited. Parking space limited, only 3, almost always full, so had to park on the street.

This property has great potential if you want to be out of the touristy areas. it just doesn't quite cut it for the price. The grounds are very nice and the reception area was very nice and the operators were very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms seemed just a little dirty and musty. This is an old building not unlike most buildings in Italy, but other redone rooms that we stayed at throughout Italy didn't have the same odors and cleanliness issues. The stairs inside the rooms seemed somewhat dangerous. We stayed in two different rooms while we were there and the 3 story loft was nicer, but with the same issues. In the second room we stayed in there was outside carpeting between the doors of two rooms which makes no sense and it was filthy.

Riva Lofts is a wonderful place to stay to get away from the hectic tourist swarms in the city center. It is a 10 minute tram ride into the train station or a leisurely 20 minute bike ride (they provide the bikes!). It is quiet, green and serene. The rooms are spotless and modern. The sala hosts a large communal table for a gourmet breakfast spread (many things home made)which is included. Also a small but beautiful swimming pool and garden. The staff was very accommodating. All their recommendations were terrific. We had been staying for 3 nights in Piazza Antinori so this was a pleasant change. Not at all inconvenient.

quiet and beautiful - not far from the center by bicycle provided free by the hotel. breakfast is very good and the living room practical if you have meetings.

Hôtel proche du tram qui vous emmène en quelques minutes à Florence au centre ville ( arrêt gare ) et depuis là vous avez la ville à vous. Personnel sympa, chambre vraiment grande et agréable , lieu pour le petit déjeuner très atypique et pittoresque. Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine un peu frisquets. 3 places de parcs devant l’hotel ou d’autres proche de qq mètres.

Cool architect hotel with swimming pool for warmer days. The staff is extremely helpful, especially with helping to book restaurants etc. A bit self service during daytime in the dining room, u can have fruit and croissants and beverages and just write it done in their notebook. You can’t have lunch or dinner there, so be prepared to go in to city center for that.

피렌체 중심이랑 거리가 떨어져있지만 자전거를 빌려주기때문에 별 무리없이 여행할수 있다. 전반적으로 편안한 휴가를 보낼수 있는 곳이다
