Soccer tournament
Our tv did not work on arrival we got there late Friday and we were told it was too late to there wasn’t anyone available to fix it. The next day we asked twice if someone could look at it no one came so the Thursdays time we asked for a different room, shortly after someone came to fix it. The next day it did not work again. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was clean just uncomfortable.

Bad stay
Had a girls soccer team in this hotel on this weekend. Needed to use the washer and dryer. The washer only worked after the front desk guy came to help. The dryer never worked. Had to go next door to the motel 6 to finish drying the soccer teams shorts and jerseys. Stay good have been a alt better. Didn’t get to sleep until 2am as a result.

won't stay again due to employees and staff
When I first arrived I was not greeted and the woman at the front desk was not very friendly nor smiling. She tried to charge me an extra $100 dollars when I had already fully paid online . I didnt do it so she wouldbt check me in or give me my key. I waited for 2 hours in the parking lot for shift change and went in again and the front desk clerk at that time went right ahead and checked me in with no issues. They have a good breakfast and washers and dryers. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. Very cozy. But the next morning at check out time ,which Is 11am we were bombarded multiple times by 11:07am to check out . Very rude. We were still gathering our belongings and were out by 11:18am. I won't stay again.
