This property needs remodeling and updating. For this price, there are much better choices. However, the staff is incredible and they are the reason I would consider staying here again.

Unfortunately, can give a perfect score the hotel is nice and the location is great too. But not having a single English TV Chanel on TV, having a constant smell that not pleasing everyone and a poor electronic door lock system...all which contribute to some imperfection.

Gated property with door man felt safe. Rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. Restaurant had good service, food and drinks. Staff was extremely helpful.

The staff were incredible. The parking attendant, front desk, room service, and house keeping were all excellent. The accomodations, however, were not so much. It was not the worst hotel by any means, but for all the high ratings, it really left me disappointed. The "view" was of power lines directly outside the window, with a bunch of overgrown branches covering everything else. The worst part was the bathroom. There was no hot water, so we each had to take cold showers both days. Also, the toilet did not flush properly, so we had to have employees drain it. The tiles in the shower were also old and worn down. Maybe the other rooms are better, but ours was in the condition of a low-budget motel, except it was priced as a better hotel. Again, the service and condition of the rest of the hotel was great. But the bathroom situation really ruined it for us.

I loved the boutiquey feel of this hotel. The beds were really comfortable. The location is perfect!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even at 4 AM -- and happily spoke English when my Spanish failed, which was nice. They arranged airport pickup and dropoff with no trouble. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was pricy for Guatemala, but the food was excellent.

Service is really good, the place is nice, clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience is that there is no easy way to access the parking lot if you're bringing a car. I had to walk to the lobby and ask for someone to let me in every time

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the room adjacent to the street. I’d have preferred a quieter one. I asked and got the rote response that there was no room available. I was only staying two nights so it wasn’t bad.
