The staff was courteous,the room was new and clean. The door key did not function, there was no breakfast and the commuter train and crossing sounds woke us every hour.

Clean and recently remodeled rooms. The hotel is undergoing renovations. They should inform guests that they are in the process of remodeling, as only some rooms and areas are complete. We stayed three nights and didn't have room cleaning service. We had to go to the front desk every day to get clean towels.

If you are planning to sleep well… dont stay here. there is a train next to the building that pass every 20 minutes. horrible experience it was like having a wake up alarm next to your head.

The Remodeling is terrible and cheap toilet makes noise when next neighbors flush the toilet curtains are to cheap and see through 3 towels in a 2 bed room and the room and bathroom light are SO BRIGHT you will develop a headache for sure. All hours of the day car train noise no microwave no refrigerator all around I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN 100% not recommendable

It was a little bit noisy. The TV did not worked called the reception center to report it and no one answered.Also the bathroom was a dirty it was not mop there were hairs all over and some of the towels were dirty. I think for the price I paid it was not what I expected.

Called ahead (2days before) to request 1st floor next to my senior father and request wasn't granted curtain in room are see through not blacked out lights are extremely bright warning you will develop a headache no microwave no refrigerator and bedding is the worst fruit flies in room and only get 3 towels in 2 queen beds room and not to mention busy at all times

Llegamos y no había nadie en recepción, tuvimos que esperar al rededor de 15 minutos en lo que alguien llegaba. La habitación estaba sucia, llena de polvo por todos lados y sin toallas ni almohadas suficientes para las personas que nos quedamos. Al pedir más nos comentaron que no había, que era lo único que podían dar por habitación. Al día siguiente teníamos que retirarnos temprano al aeropuerto y pasó la misma situación, nadie en recepción. Hablamos al número del hotel y nadie contestaba, timbrábamos y nadie contestaba hasta que logramos despertar al chavo que estaba de guardia después de estar golpeando el cristal por mucho tiempo. No volveremos.

La habitación sucia, había arañas y sufrimos mordedura, falta fumigar, no realizaron limpieza a la habitación ningún día, nuestra estancia fue de 3 noches, el personal de recepción no todos hablan español y lal propiedad ofrece atención en inglés y español, además ofrece desatino (pan y café) el cual el último si que fue el único al que fuimos a tomarlo, no estuvo disponible, la chica que nos atendió en recepción muy amable, a la hora del check out, recepción estaba cerrada a las 8:00 am, el joven en turno estaba dormido y nos demoró bastante, ya que no escuchaba el timbre y n, Nola Vivi Scion es buena, cerca de plaza las Americas, aún así no me volvería a hospedar ahí español,

El hotel está muy cerca de los outlet (14 min a pie). La habitación limpia y espaciosa, recién remodelada, le hace falta incluir plancha,horno y secadora. El wifi no llegaba a la habitación y nunca me resolvieron el problema,por lo que la atención al cliente la considero deficiente. El desayuno solo es pan y café y no lo ponen todos los días. La recepcionista que nos atendió para el check-in fue muy amable (turno nocturno) a diferencia de la persona que se encuentra en las mañanas.
