clean, quiet and comfortable

I booked this trip over a month in advance. We flew into town to see the Cowboys play for thanksgiving. Upon arrival the front desk stated several times my reservation wasn’t to be found. He kept blaming it on my online site I went through then eventually found my reservation. The hall ways and lobby were very hot then we get up to our room our friends went into theirs no problem we had to make 4 trips down stairs because our keys wouldn’t work. He replaced the batteries in the door and our key worked one time after that we still had the same issues. That night when we went to sleep we noticed on the wall someone had written the work LEAVE in all caps! It was creepy. The location was good and the bed was comfy but I wasn’t happy with our stay there.

The hotel room was very clean. However, the entry way on the back side of the hotel was very dirty with cigarette butts and trash. It was there for our entire stay, which was even more disappointed. If there was a trash can and/or a ashtray there I dont think it would have been as bad. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They also gave us a nice bag breakfast. I would stay again, it was easy to get to downtown also.

We had no issues with our stay regarding cleanliness or service. We booked a suite and had tons of space. The wifi was free and strong, so we had zero connection issues. Our biggest complaint is the amount of noise in our room. We were on an outside wall next to a side entrance, and everyone that went in or out of that door just let it slam, which would shake our walls and make a loud bang.

I liked that i was close to airport and a lot of venues.

The security in the hotel is really bad. The front desk guy is not always there or even if he's there, he sat in the corner all the time. The service is terrible. On the day that we checked out, I came down and asked for breakfast since the time we were there, there was no breakfast as it said. He said that he has only 2 bags left and that's it. I took the breakfast bag put down on the chair and went to get coffee; and left my MK purse on the chair with the rest of our stuffs around ready to check out waiting for my friends to come down. When they came, we're in the process loading the stuffs in the car; and when I was looking for my MK purse, it's gone. I asked the guy to check the camera; then we saw one guy came in hotel and stole right there at the Lobby. That MK purse I paid was $1500 plus $600 cash in my purse as well as my 2 credit cards and my driver license. I have to ask them call the cop and they told me I should call; so finally, the cop came after 3 hours. I got the report and have to go to the airport right away so that I can get on the plane to flight back home early. I went through hell the whole day; and the staffs there are terrible in term of helping me. They should be responsible for my lost since their securities are terrible. The employees were lukewarm. There wasn’t much stocked in the drink cooler or snacks in the lobby. Breakfast was not provided as stated upon checking in, “sack breakfast”. The cooling in the room was not adequate and the room remained slightly humid. The lighting in the room was poor.

I love how clean the hotel was, how all the staff made sure we had what we needed.
