Loreto Playa Boutique Hotel

I like the location. Traffic sounds are minimal. The staff and owners are attentive, courteous and not at all intrusive for guests. Poolside cooking facility is well done. Pool in excellent condition. Loreto Playa Boutique Hotel is a good place to stay. I will stay there again.

Very nice, comfortable, secure property, nicely situated within an easy walk to the beach and downtown Loreto. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the bicycles that were provided to ride around town. We were happy with our room which had a comfortable bed, sofa, cable tv, and a nicely equipped mini kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and coffee maker. All in all we had a very nice stay there and would recommend it without hesitation.

I so enjoyed my stay at this small and unique hotel. Friendly And accommodating owners and staff, clean, quiet, and safe. Extras are having a safe place to put my car (rental), having access to bicycles, stand up board, and a wonderful swimming pool all at no extra charge. Wonderful seating options (tables and chairs) inside and out of the hotel room and patio. Also lounge chairs near the pool. Walk to town very doable. Absolutely NO complaints! Small, friendly & helpful hosts, short walk to the beach, malecon and town. Felt very safe and didn't worry about coming and going even in the late evening. We walked everywhere even at night. Hope to return!

Cindy, the property manager was very welcoming and informative. Loved her. Having bikes available on site was a huge bonus. Felt very safe and secure at all times. The only thing i would say could use help was the mattress. It was a little too soft.

This place is a fabulous 5 room boutique hotel. Linda and Jeff, owners, and Cindy, manager were wonderful. Our room was spacious with sitting area, kichenette, large walk in closet, large tile shower, and very comfortable king bed. The pool was just outside our door and the outdoor kitchen was just beyond the pool. There were also bikes and kayaks to use. We will definitely stay here on our next visit!

Remarkably private and quiet while 2 minutes by bike to the downtown. The availability of bike made it very easy to get all around town. Everyone at Loreto Playa was helpful and kind.

Spacious rooms, location, value for money, friendly staff and guests.

Good location and clean rooms. Nice communal kitchen with all that one needs to prepare meals. I fell in the kitchen on wet floor (was lucky not to break any bones as it was a hard fall). The manager promptly bought anti-slip mats and placed them on the kitchen floor. My negative review of the check-in process pertains to the hassle of getting the payment processed. I arrived late and tired and was asked by the manager to log in to PayPal and send the payment. After 10 minutes of trying to set up my phone for access, the manager finally felt my irritation and said that we would do it in the morning. The last thing one needs is to fiddle with a phone to setup the internet and getting into unused PayPal account while being tired, thirsty, hungry, in need of bathroom time, etc. Some basic courtesy under the circumstances would have been welcomed. But overall it is a pleasant place and I would recommend it to other travelers.
