Casa Grande Hotel Boutique

This hotel was by far the cutest boutique hotel . the moment you walk in it feels like a hacienda with a modern flare I love the look the entrance of the hotel is a large courtyard beautiful pictures hang from the walls not sure who the artist is but very beautiful pictures .the rooms are decorated very tastefully bathrooms are huge and the vaulted cealings (16ft)in the rooms make it feel even bigger and grander . I recommend this hotel I usually only stay at 5 stars and this hotel although a boutique definitely deserves to be a 5 star I love it the staff is friendly & helpful .rooms are clean smell fresh no musky smell thank god ❤️And the views from their rooftop terrace are amazing loved this place if ever back in Morelia I will stay here again

The Hotel was right in the heart of Morelia. Walking distance to almost everything. Large, spacious rooms with friendly staff. Will definitely return on another trip.

The hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful historic building, perfectly appointed. Huge room and bathroom. Two sinks, huge shower. Apparently you have to let the water run for a VERY long time to get hot water. So long that we never got hot water one of the days. The breakfast included was delicious, in a beautiful restaurant. It was very noisy from street traffic.

A beautiful hotel, absolutely stunning architecture and attention to detail on the refurb of this old colonial mansion........Fantastic location next to the plaza. Room was stylish and well appointed. Lovely spaces and bar/restaurant. Rooftop looked amazing although was closed due to an event........only gripe was the Wifi which was patchy and slow in all parts of hotel. Should be an easy fix and only blip in a perfect short stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with a delicious breakfast and a bartender that makes an excellent margarita. Until the last night of our stay, I would have given it a five-star review. However, on Friday night, there was a large party on the roof with booming music and shouting people until 1:30 in the morning. This is an issue I had read about in earlier reviews, but based on management's response to those reviews, I thought they were going to address this issue, so I booked this hotel anyway. However, based on the response of hotel personnel to my complaints about noise, which was basically, "Well, we have an event," it's obvious that hotel guests getting a good night's sleep is not a priority compared to events. I would not recommend this hotel unless a) you don't plan to sleep until past 1:30 in the morning or b) you confirm in advance that no events are scheduled.

Gorgeous property and excellent service from all staff! Great location to explore the city center.
