We ok ,but is not quiet place, and the shower wall is dirty and hair glue near the window, only the employees was very nice and kind, etc

Bathroom window had mold, as well as wall in shower area - strong smell. Miirror and window also dirty. Safe was not working. Area is not walkable after dark.

the location is great since it is close to Paulista Avenue, the business district and opposite is the Augusta street where there are a lot of bars and not so expensive restaurants. The hotel is 3 blocks away from the mall where i went to exchange dollars to reals. also some small grocery store where you can buy some food, or snacks or whatever you may need. I like this hotel because of the location and also the staff that are very helpful specially Carolina, Sofia, and also Anton who would always help us get a taxi. I didn't like the room, although it is spacious enough the room felt humid at night the air condition was not functioning properly i would wake up at night sweating. The shower is too small for me.

O banheiro precisa de ducha higiênica. A água quente vem prontamente ao abrir a torneira. O quarto é bem higienizado pelas camareiras. Parabéns!

O quarto é bom, o único incoveniente foi que nos deram um quarto que ao entrar verificamos que estava ocupado. Vimos outro hóspede na recepção também reclamando de quarto trocado. No final dos deram um UP grade de quarto mas precisam melhorar a organização.

Hotel bem velho, precisando urgente de reforma, elevador com defeito, quarto pequeno com muito barulho do corredor. A única coisa que salva é o café da manhã, muito bom.
