Wir kommen gerne wieder! Sehr freundliches Personal und top gelegen in Bad Harzburg!

Modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sauber. Hotel baulich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gutes Frühstück. Für ein, zwei Nächte in Ordnung.

Vi havde nogle skønne dage i Bad Harzburg. Hotellet havde en fin beliggenhed i byen - også i forhold til udflugter i området.

Hyggeligt hotel med nem afgang til natur, butikker og spisesteder

Meget stort og fint værelse, gode senge. Skuffet over morgenmaden som ellers havde fået så gode anmeldelser.

No one In the hotel was able to speak English, all signs was in German. Breakfast was very basic which is fine, but the service was extremely bad, the staff in the restaurant was angry and not welcoming, the restaurant area was dirty and not clean. In the hotel room : the shower was smelly, water did not drain well in the shower, items in the shower was lose and fall down on us- maintenance is needed !!! We expected the room to be cleaned daily. on second day they didn’t change the glass and mugs that we have used, and they didn’t refilled the tea bags. They just used the same dirty glass turned them upside down, so it looks like they have changed them. The towels was still dirty and laying on the floor, no new towels ;-( The bed was not comfortable it was hard it’s sooo old and need to be changed and we both have now seriously back pain. Not worth the money!!! Stay away from this hotel

Nice hotel with fine big rooms and friendly staff - but does not speak much english....Her in Corona times, the breakfast buffet was replaced by something where you should order every item at a server (who did not speak english so could not tell what the options were) and then thing were brought to you at your table. This was an incredibly slow process and resulted in a very long waiting line every morning. Second day we gave up on this and went to one of the many cafes nearby and had breakfast there. May I recommend the hotel to e.g. make a printed list so people can order from and hand in- maybe even in advance - and then wait for the breakfast at the table. This flaw was really nobodys fault, but the concept was not good. There are many good restaurants and cafes close to the hotel.
