Excellent service at all levels, from reception to cleaning to breakfast.. All went so well. Team is nice. Will go back soon. Thank you for the upgrade :)

First they give us a miserable room for two people you can’t even move in it Then they chnged for us but that ruin the day I booked a non smoking room but they don’t have any at the hotel They should label that hotel as a smoking hotel Everywhere you go you see people smoking from the entrance to every single room in it They even offer shisha (argilaa) in the rooms Smoking people would love that But people like me will be deceived The room level of cleanliness is horrible The carpet .restroom ,shower,bed covers ,sheets are filthy . They ruin the first days of my stay until I moved to another one Since I trust hotels .com I think I need compensation for that as their loyal customer

I am an American but my husband is Palestinian I booked a room for 2 but they didn't even let my husband come up to the room for 5 minutes I was begging for over 2 hours and all this time I was waiting for the super busy manager that never showed up anyway never again room wasn't comfortable at all and old and please take your shampoo and everything you need with you they don't have it

Very large rooms. Friendly & helpful staff. Closest hotel in Amman to King Hussein Bridge border crossing.

A decent hotel with basic facilities and OK for the price you pay. Only there for one night before moving on to Petra. Recommended by the travel agency because the hotel is outside of downtown Amman, so it is easier to get to from the airport without having to go through the madness of Amman's traffic jam downtown. Similarly easy from the hotel to the high way that leads to Petra. So if time is of the essence for you (it was for me, as I was there only for 2 days to see much of Jordan), I'd recommend the place. If you plan to stay in Amman city for a few days, perhaps you could do better with a hotel in the downtown. Although they do offer free transport to some malls nearby. Free breakfast was reasonable.

Room 408 had a damaged window lock so it didn't close fully, so can't avoid hearing street noise. Had to turn on AC to drown out noise. Then the smell of smoke became worse with the AC on. We should've asked for smoke-free room. (Not even sure if they have any.) The phone line wasn't hooked up. There were no bathroom amenities. Not sure if we had to ask for those? Thankfully we had our own and stayed 2 nights only. Didn't use other facilities. But the breakfast was good, with plenty of local selections. Staff attentive and helpful.

Hotel room was not equipped with bathroom shampoo,shower gel,body lotion...AC was very loudy and not effective..

L'albergo e le camere dell'hotel sono nel complesso molto carine. Il personale gentile e disponibile ad aiutarti. L'unico grosso problema è la pulizia: sommaria nella stanza e il bagno non viene pulito (in particolar modo la vasca piena di peli e capelli degli ospiti precedenti). Ho fatto cambiare anche le lenzuola perché macchiate e con sopra capelli non miei.
