Access very difficult for me to second floor. Room and ensuite well cleaned. Could definitely do with air conditioning.

Very disappointed. Not a good image for NZ. Very lacking basic room servicing. Beds not made. Tea and coffee not replenished. Basic things like tea towels and cutlery not there etc.. No Aircon, just a fan. Had seperate shared kitchen that was dirty, and hot water only on one sink.
