Overall the property is good, clean, good value for money. But adding almost 6 euro per person for breakfast is not worth it. When we went 2 years ago breakfast is buffet so you don’t have to wait to be served. Sometimes you will wait for almost 30 mins. Just for a cup of coffee or a glass of juice and bread which if you will not request it will be served cold and a bit hard. But overall it was pretty good stay and the children enjoyed it especially the program every friday and saturday night.

The facilities were basic but good for the price. Very happy with our stay.

Ease of checking in, plenty of parking some communal areas in need of a freshen up but room ok.

Spent 24hours without running water and toilet facilities in our appartment, no warning, just a note posted next to the lifts. The whole place just needed some TLC

This hotel was extremely clean and was approx 30 mins from alicante airport. So super easy to organise transfers to and from. The hotel itself was equipped with a pool perfect for all individuals and groups and also a bar nearby which was great for snacks. However, the restaurant at the hotel did not appear to be in use nor did the crazy golf despite being listed online.The location of the hotel is approx 25 minutes by foot to the nearest town and only 5 minutes from the local supermarket which is very handy. However it is important to note that for young families or individuals with health conditions this is quite a walk and so a car/taxi may be more appropriate. One of the only downsides to the hotel were the abrupt nature of some of the front desk staff who struggled with English, this made tasks like towel replacements and enquiries much more difficult. Despite this, there were equally some lovely staff who made our stay extremely enjoyable. Would 100% recommend.

Having seen the reviews on here, and how polar they were, after a bit of an anxious journey out we were pleased with what we got. It's good value for money, but for that you have to accept things like taking rubbish out yourself and deposits for electrical items. The towel change over really wasn't as traumatic as some on here make it feel. And we were travelling with 3 young kids, so we got through them. The place is a little tired in places, but generally speaking it's clean and tidy. Staff are helpful and communicate very well.

Very basic but more than what could be expected for the price. Comfortable bed and lovely balcony.

Al llegar, diría que me toco "el torpe" de recepción. No había nadie, ni cartel avisando de espera. Llamé por teléfono y unos niños pulsaron un timbre, y nada. El check-in más que una gestión de bienvenida fué un interrogatorio acerca del bono de la agencia, cuando fué realizada la reerva,... Ninguna explicación del acceso a la habitación o información de que hacer con la basura.... Habitación, ok. Mantenimiento defectuoso. Bañera-ducha con pelos y resto de mocos en la pared. Soy consciente de que esto también es a causa del tipo de clientela. También parece que habita gente en algunos apartamentos, por sus maneras se diría que son trabajadores de temporada.

Fijn appartement met een mooi balkon met mooi uitzicht. Wel aan een heel drukke rotonde en we. Veel lawaai. Mooi zwembad.
