Costa Royale Trinity Beach

The worst rock hard beds made it impossible to get any sleep leaving us with pains and sleep deprivation. Forget being able to use your mobile or internet as there is no reception (advertised as free wifi ) we had to leave the location and go up the road so our devices would work. Handles on doors falling off , no shower pressure and makes a loud whining noise , old kettle does"nt shut off and continually trips shutting the power off, wardrobe sliding doors jam , tv remote control half buttons don"t work ,roller door remote control "dicky" , blinds jammed , dated cold pool and spa does"nt work , no foxtel ,excessive noise coming from adjoining property and can see in . Property inside was not clean , but came out of air conditioners.Not told of access to any off site facilities like gym , golf etc or assistance with any tours. Poor toiletries/dishwashing and no supplies. Service never cleaned or rubbish taken away.Tried to book other rooms elsewhere but booked out. This is not a 4.5 star !!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and practical home near the beach. While we didn't have a waterfront view it was just a short walk to the water which was perfect for us and quieter too for the kids. The full clothes line was very handy. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed a few laid back BBQs.

We had a garden unit which does not have a beach view, but does have a small ground floor courtyard. It is a 2 storey unit with the bedroom upstairs. Car access is from the street behind. Access to the beach is as easy as walking out the front of the propery via a secure gate. There are several restuarants nearby and there is a new complex being built which will have more eating options. The WiFi reception was patchy. Overall a good place to stay.

Overall our stay was good, needed to clean the bathroom before using though, kitchen sink faucet almost blew off when turned on, tv didn't work properly, unable to lock doors from the outside with a key when leaving, felt uncomfortable about personal security at night.

Had a great time there. Very quiet townhouse complex very spacious with great amenities. Had everything we need.

Fantastic location, large and spacious main area. Room is older than some, but was in excellent condition - very clean, with everything you could need for your stay. Opposite the stinger nets at the beach, right on the esplanade - perfect! We holidayed with our adult children, and there was plenty of room for us all. Would definitely stay here again!
