Everything was perfect

Do not book at this hotel. We booked a larger 3 bed room with a balcony & on arrival we where told it was no longer available even though we had paid extra for it. We where then marched around to look at 3 different rooms of which 2 didn’t even have a balcony. We had to take the final one & are still trying to get a refund of original payment. Atrocious people !

This is an ok place to stay. For the same price or just a little more you can stay at much fancier place. The air conditioning in the room was super strong (adjustable) so I loved it. It looks like they did a semi supercifial renovation recently, but did not complete it. The bathroom was large and everything marble, but took 10 minutes to get hot water. (It did eventually). While bathroom looked well renovated, the bedroom itself looked like they just painted white and put new hardwood floor. The bed itself was very comfortable (really good) but the blanket was cheap. Pool gets shade early so by 5 pm - no suntanning really. Breakfast disappointing - only boiled eggs and no fried eggs or omelettes . It is a turn off for me. It looks like they keep renovating, so it will get better. Staff is very helpful. Location is quiet but needs a walk from the marina.

Only good thing about the hotel is its location, 5 min walking to town center and restaurants / bars. The area was quiet but the hotel was not although it was due to customers. Breakfast buffet was very limited, (for Turkish breakfast, it could be ok for Internationals). The hair dryer in the room did not work, we told about it they did nothing! The towels did not look clean, the room over all was not clean, the lamp was broken, no fridge in the room also had problems with wi fi in the room. We preferred because it had a car parking area but will we go there again is a no!

Friendly helpful staff - close to the sea front - if you want to use a hire car, the staff will help park it for you BUT it is so difficult to find from Bodrum centre down a side road - sometimes the only way we located it was by following a taxi as the local taxi depot is closeby and taxi drivers use the road to get to their depot - reasonable good breakfasts and if you want a swimming pool (and we never used it ) one can go from the dining room to the pool - rooms on groundfloor very good

I’m not happy... they don’t change the sheets and towels... so noisy, music is too loud late night and the morning too... I’m never back again

The hotel just confirm as any bookings as they get without checking if they have any free rooms available. We had booked 3 rooms for 6 adults. When we did check-in they took us to a builidning behind the reception office passing through building materials and trashes. When we entered to the room we saw that the toilet did not have any door which later on realized that that property behind the office was in fact belongged to their workers. When we complained, they promised us that the day after we will get our booked rooms. Then because we were so tired and was late we told them that we gonna agree to stay just one night in those rooms in case we get refund at least half of the nightly price due to the rooms conditions and based on the fact that there weren't the rooms which we had paid for. Just after 2 minutes which we talked about refund, the guy came with 3 keys in hand which belongged to the rooms that we really had booked and paid for so we just wondered how on raeth it could be possible that they had those rooms available since beginning but wanted to put us in their workers rooms. Besides, the behavior of the staff was painful and e.g. the cleaning lady suddenly without knocking the door opened the room's door and started to shout on us in turkish, then talked with someone on the phone and shout again the door. In addition, during the 3 nights that we were there, they did not clean the rooms nor changed the sheets or towels. They used to just do bedding!

Had a few issues with the room but overall a good place to stay.
