Quentin Boutique Hotel

No way is this place a 4 star hotel. Couldn’t get a drink until 6pm because they didn’t have anyone on the bar, they charge you €2.50 for a TINY glass bottle of water in your room. The A/C was noisy throughout the night as was the car park for the hotel directly outside my window. The staff were very poor and seemed as though they just couldn’t be bothered, the facilities were non existent and to top it all off, after pouring myself a cup of coffee in my room in the morning, they had left a cracked mug but turned it around so you couldn’t see. After I poured the coffee in and picked up the mug I then had it all down my T-shirt and jeans... see pics. I certainly won’t be using or recommending this place ever again.

Horrible staff, there are many good value hotels in Berlin that are nicer and friendlier hotels to stay in.

Room was not clean bedsheets not changed , also charges from hotel bar appeared wrongly on my bill because their staffs mistake causing delay on Check out. I wasnt happy with the bed mattress it was extremely soft causing back pain!

Make chekin-in a bit sooner than 3 pm. I arrived in Berlin at 9 am and had to wait 5-6 hours before I can enter my room.

Great stylish hotel, Style a bit dated, dark hallways (like 90's), but very cool.

This hotel seems to put a premium on style and design, unfortunately to the detriment of function and substance. The rooms and lobby are chic and uber-cool. However, the room I was in had no drawers or cabinets for clothes, and the rack/hangers were at an elevation of about 2 meters in a closet into which were also stuffed the safe and minibar (which had no glasses). The TV did not get the channels listed, and it took two visits to the reception to rectify that situation. MOST IMPORTANT, THOUGH, WAS THE FACT THAT WHEN I CAME BACK FROM THE OPERA MY FIRST NIGHT THERE, THE ROOM DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN!!! I DID NOT LEAVE IT OPEN; PERHAPS a service person who attempted, and failed, to fix the TV channels, neglected to close the door. I don't know, and neither did the Reception, which offered no apology, explanation, or compensation offer in case things had been damaged or stolen (which, fortunately, did not appear to be the case). This is the FIRST time in my decades of hotel-going that this has happened!! I hope it will be the last, and the HOTEL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION NOW TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN! Needless to say, I won't be back....

Very rude hotel staff and unclean hotel. My bathroom floor looked disgusting. Would not reccomend this hotel to anybody!

Fantastic rooms, very spacious. Very easy to explore the wonders of Berlin. Very helpful staff and a great bar on the premises.

Really well designed but just a little in need of an update in some areas. Overall very good and well worth the money.
