The resort was beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom condo, which made it so nice for the whole family to spread out. Unfortunately, it was a little cold, so we did not get to the use the water park amenities, but we will be back to check them out! I would avoid the family fun center. Prices were very high for an arcade, and several were not working properly. You're better off going to Dave and Busters or some other place.

Staff was absolutely amazing, the facility was clean and functional, our unit was very nice, some water park features were down for repair, which was a big bummer, since that’s why we chose it. Other pool areas were great. Resort fees on top of on-site parking fees seem redundant, aka death by fees. Overall though, would likely stay again, though I would explore other options first.

Loved this place. The rooms are very large, there are closets and dishes with dish washer. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, for longer stays. The staff was very helpful and kind. The water parks was fun, the pools are heated, but the kid slides are not. There is a store on site, they do not have swimsuits or water shoes, so make sure you have extra. Walmart is close enough if you absolutely need. The food at the longboard grill was good.

Grove resort is the absolute best place to stay in Orlando. Perfect distance to Disney and easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Property itself is great with its on-site waterpark.

We stayed here for one week, from 12/30-1/6. We stayed in the 3 bedroom room with a kitchen. There were 8 of us in our group. I will start from the beginning. When I made the reservation a few months ago I requested a handicap room for my father in law who is elderly and uses an electric scooter. At check in I was informed there were only 2 bedrooms available. Naturally that wouldn’t work for our party of 8, so we had to make do. The room was spacious with a kitchen. The kitchen didn’t even have a cookie sheet. Definitely minimal on the dishes. The dryer didn’t work, and we called maintenance several times who informed us they needed parts for several of the units. It took four hours to dry a load of laundry. Every third night you are supposed to get full cleaning (per website), when we inquired we were told we need to request that in advance and it wasn’t available. The kitchen faucet broke, and the bathroom one leaked. We rented a cabana for the day, and never had a server. We paid for an hour of PRIVATE surfing and they sold bracelets to another little girl with a ticked off mom during our time slot, so we lost time. The property is extremely confusing to navigate and the hidden fees (daily parking, resort fee, daily refundable deposit) really added up. The Disney shuttle leaves AFTER Disney is already open, so get ready for the lines. I just wouldn’t recommend this property. Too bad it’s beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay! So many activities to do as a family! Will definitely be back!
