The view is Magic. This hotel has beautiful cats. So relaxing. Great service. The restaurant is expensive.

The road to get there is a bit rough, but the property is beautiful and we loved the gardens and the view. Pura Vida.

The staff were amazing and attentive especially the woman working on Tuesday night who took her time explaining everything and help carry our bags to the room. The area is nice and peaceful if you're looking to escape with a really nice pool

We had a great stay. The front desk was very helpful. We did have a late checkin. However, they did make good on that issue which made it ok. The room had a great view! Also was very spacious and clean. Only downfall was no hot water in the shower or sink. We mostly ate at the restaurant and found that the local cuisine is the best choice. Got pretty expensive with the tax & tip they add onto the listed price, but there are a couple of less expensive (and just as delicious) options around town. The AC was excellent! We didn’t have a car on our visit so we had the office call us a driver. We got lucky to meet Walter! He actually ended up taking us everywhere we wanted to go including Tamarindo. He was the best and we will miss him! Always on time and took good care of us. The view from the pool was breathtaking. If we travel to that area again in the future we will be back to this hotel.

Great view, tucked out of the way. Nice pool. Property is a bit used looking. Lots of little things starting to go. Decking boards coming loose, tiles falling off the poolside bar. Nothing dangerous, just a bit past its prime. The nearby beach is a solid walk down the hill but worth it. Very local with families and the odd beer / ceviche for sale. There is not much do to on the hotel grounds, which is nice in a way. Just sit by the pool and watch the ocean. The rooms are fine, though smallish and a bit loud. The food is okay, but you don't go on gastro tours of Costa Rica generally. Stick with fish or veggies. More food choices in Paquera, Kinchos pizza is pretty decent pizza and most of the other restaurants have typical Costa Rican food. Overall it's okay for a night or two or as a segue to another part of the country.

beautiful hotel !! anja the front desk person is extremely extremely nice !! she goes out of her way to accommodate you !! i saw it with every hotel guest that was in there ! if she sees you walking or anything she will approach you and ask if everything is good .. she’s the best !! everything was good but restaurant staff !! horrible !! they don’t smile/greet you !! i saw the cook eating out of my food but didn’t complain about it ! i didn’t want my food picked at behind curtains or anything !! not nice !! water will take about 20 min to get refilled !!! they make front desk people look bad which sucks !! they don’t even say thank you when leaving their restaurant !! it is horrible !!!!

We loved this hotel. The view was spectacular, the service excellent and the room was lovely. We ate in the restaurant one night and both the food and ambiance were perfect. It was super easy to find from the ferry and only a few minutes into town where there were several restaurants and a small supermarket.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the ocean and the islands. Very clean and staff was friendly.

Exceptional service and stunning view! We booked last minute as we were unhappy with our current location. This was a lovely find.

Good hotel with a lovely infinity pool and view of the off shore islands. The associated restaurant is reasonably priced but there are other dining options back down in the town of Paquera. No in room coffee making facilities and the pool area could perhaps benefit from a few extra sun beds. Seems to be a 1 night stop off for people coming/going to the ferry and there were quite a few kids during our 4 day stay, who sometimes spoiled the quiet atmosphere of the place.
