Customer service was awesome, the food at the restaurant was excellent the deserts the whole experience at the restaurant was magnificent The cleanliness of the room was not good for the times that we are living (Pandemic). Good thing I had a bottle of Clorox Wipes and we clean the room and also desinfected with Lysol. At the end of the cleaning the Clorox wipes were black of cleaning the chairs and counters door handles telephone light switches the whole room. The hotel outdoors was very clean Hand sanitizer around the property

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Perfect for a couple of days getaway. Not close to downtown, but the installations are very comfortable and there's a little beach for the resort only. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help.

GREAT location , older but upkeep . front desk lady very rude . ,on the other hand cleaning lady very nice .. management need to work on training front desk staff

We had a pleasant experience and we wished we would’ve booked more than 2 nights. We had a room with 2 beds and the room itself was very spacious and clean. The only three downsides I could think of was that 1) the rooms are in need of some little upgrades 2) the tv had very little channels 3) no fridge/microwave. That would’ve come in handy since stores and restaurants aren’t conveniently close enough. The thing we loved the most was that we had a back patio that led straight to the pool. It was perfect to sit out on the patio chairs and watch the kiddos swim. The pool was clean, there are 2 jacuzzis, deep end is 5’ and there are some 2’ areas for the tots. There’s a wet bar but it was closed (maybe because of Covid or it was it’s mid week?) But that was fine, we brought some drinks. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. The only downside about the pool area was that they cut the grass and the clippings weren’t picked up properly and after we swam we would track the grass into the room. Housekeeping service was very prompt. The restaurant offers room service until 10 pm. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the am and the food was tasty and the view was beautiful. There’s a small private beach for resort guests. You’re allowed to fish in some areas. The landscape was well kept. The resort is secluded and it felt very safe (but still never let your guard down). All of the staff (except the housekeepers) were wearing masks. There are hand sanitizers everywhere.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Room service - chicken salad smelled of sulfur / salmonella. Wifi was weak and/or absent. Activities were not as advertised - no place to book anything - had to wander around looking for things to do with no success. Pool area food was terrible - like a kid's birthday party - bland hot dogs, nachos and pizza. Hot tubs were covid hotspots - 4x oversubscribed. Not able to put any food or drink or activities charges on room - only cash. As a result, we used the place as a room to sleep and shower and spent all of our time outside the "resort". Great food nearby and downtown Ensenada is awesome. Highly recommend ceviche carts and taco stands.

The people at this resort made you feel at home. They were constantly cleaning everything including the hallways the rooms the bathrooms anywhere you went they were cleaning and ensuring that you sanitize your shoes your hands and wearing your mask. The staff was super friendly and was eager to help you in anyway we will definitely be staying again.
