Hotel bem localizado em frente ao complexo Ruffles. Estação de metrô linha 1 ao lado que facilita o deslocamento. É um dúplex com banheira no Hall. Única coisa que não me agradou no hotel foi o café da manhã, bem típico chinês.

El hotel es super céntrico al rio. A sus alrededores tiene el tren, mall, tiendas y lugares para comer. Utilice las maquinas de lavar ropa y estaban incluidas hasta liquido de lavar tenían. Ah y las maquinas son modernas que lavan y secan en la misma. Si van a utilizarlo, usen AMAP para localizarlo pq en google mapa no esta bn la direccion

Great location, 5 min walk to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave. Room was clean with a nice river view. Staff were helpful. Perfect base for exploring Chongqing. Would stay again.

Great location and great view. Our 2floor room was amazing. Super complete and just steps from the Raffles City mall. We could walk the major attractions in the area but there’s also a metro station in the same building

PROTIP: The hotel is located in the building directly across from Raffles. There are many hotels within this building. You need to take the elevator to the 21st floor to check in. After a bit of searching we finally figured out where the check in desk was. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room (big room with the loft) was great! Amazing views, clean, good water pressure and plenty of towels. We would stay here again.

This is not a hotel but a privately owned property managed by a concierge. While the view, the space and the location were great I was disappointed by the poor maintenance of the apartment. Everything was kind of old and not well maintained. With a little money it could be great but at present it truly needs a renovation

To begin, I would like to highlight a positive aspect of this hotel. The hotel was situated in a convenient location near stores and the train station. Additionally, it offered ample space, and the presence of a bathtub was a significant advantage and fancy. On the other hand, I would like to mention that I was there for two days, and on both days, I encountered roaches. This was disappointing because, as I mentioned earlier, the hotel is quite upscale. Additionally, I placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign. However, they completely disregarded my request and cleaned my room without my permission.

The hotel was pretty much perfect. Clean rooms, spacious, amazing staff and get this...most floors have laundry machines that are FREE. Like, even the soap is free! Just know this: Asian laundry machines tend to be washer/dryer in one and the dryer takes like 3 hours to fully dry. Just a heads up. Great location though. My only complaint if I had one, is that the pool is open to local swimming clubs and gym members and it's set up with lanes. They required us to shower first and wear swimming caps and it was quite busy. That's not really the fault of the hotel though. It's Neijiang's finest and their breakfast is fantastic (with great western and eastern choices. Try their Neijiang noodles and dumplings!).

The room was clean from the beginning and looked pretty nice with a good view. But! We found a cockroach in our room. The staff were nice and easy to chat with on wechat. We got a different room (not sure if it was an upgraded room or a downgraded, couldn’t really tell). The cleaning lady was super nice and always greeted us when she saw us. There is a free laundry room. We felt that the rooms aren’t really maintained that well since the roof in the shower kinda fell apart, and the pipes at the bath were leaking a bit. Otherwise we had a nice room with good AC. The fridge didn’t really get cold to a western standard but it worked. The location is super good! Very close to Raffles City (literally outside the hotel) and like 10 minute walk to Jiefangbei. The metro is very close also and you have basically all you need within 5 minutes of the hotel. It was easy to communicate through translation apps with the staff.

Overall good stay, but could use some improvements. Finding the hotel can be difficult if not given previous instructions on how to get there, as it’s part of a larger collection of hotels in one building with designated elevators, but staff were helpful enough to provide that beforehand. Lobby is shared on the 21st floor with no restrictions on smoking, unfortunately. And we need to be patient and aware on waiting for the elevators. In regards to the room, river view was great with tall windows and a bathtub. It would be better if the bathtub didn’t move when pushed and if the light strips in that area worked too. Bathtowels and bathrobes were provided, but some hand towels would be nice for the 1st floor too. The counter on the main level looked nice and convenient, but unlevelled and appeared unsturdy. Great location for walks and shopping.

Excellent location across the street of Raffle City Mall and metro station. Easy to get around and lots of restaurants & shops in the mall within walking distance. The hotel lobby is on 21st floor. The room is like a 2 stories with high ceiling and facing the river. The wall to ceiling glass with huge bath tub definitely a rare find for USD$50 per night. We only use the tub once in our 4 nights stay, we should have use it more often. The only thing bothered us was the toilets. It has some odor when we walk in. The staff offer a room change for us, we decided to stay in this room for the beautiful river view and bathtub. The staff cleaned the toilets again with something to minimize the odor. The auto sensor flush the toilet too many times and it's very loud. If you & your partner are a light sleeper, I suggest to use the toilet downstair at night to avoid disturb your partner.
