Very friendly atmosphere, the room was clean and spacious with everything we would need. All staff were very helpful. Would recommend

Great location on Kew green. 5 minute walk to Kew gardens and near Kew Pier for boat trips. Free parking! Large room, especially when compared to London standards. A shame about breakfast, but stayed during Covid which meant limited choice. Overall a great place to stay.

Room very nice, check in easy too, breakfast however was a little like faulty towers, seated and order taken, 30 minutes later order retaken, but another 10 minutes till food arrived, but no toast, asked again for toast,, 15 mins passed asked the fourth person for toast which then arrived rock hard, other tables also waited an age for items

The Coach and Horses was a real pleasure. Very clean and friendly and so convenient for Kew Gardens and central London. Would fully recommend.

Great location for Kew Gardens, appreciated secure parking, lovely small hotel with friendly helpful staff.. Room was lovely, shame the many carpet stains spoilt that. Loved the Coach & Horses Burger I had for lunch, BUT sad to say the rest of the food we had 1 dinner & 2 breakfasts each was not good, both my hushands steak dish & my fish dish were 80% potatoes, talk about over load. The breakfast scrambled egg was certainly not that, more like chopped egg & our rashers of bacons were like leather, so couldn't eat them..BUT was it because they hadn't been open long, or just not enough chefs in the kitchen, so I do give them the benefit of that.

The staff is thoroughly warming, welcoming and helpful. There is a nice ambiance about the premises. The rooms are fine, and the food is excellent. As a place I have visited on and off for over a decade, it has never lost its charm. Highly recommended!

Bed linen and towels first class. Room and bathroom very clean. Tea and coffee facilities very good. Evening meal was very nice. Breakfast was perfect Very pleasant staff

An outstanding place to stay - we loved it. Super-comfortable rooms and a quiet setting on Kew Green with nice places to eat nearby and a 10-12 minute walk to the train. It's charming inside, with a busy pub downstairs filled with locals (and their dogs). So while the rooms themselves are quiet the place is often happily busy. Just as nice, all the staff was incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful. We expect to be in Kew often in the future to visit family that just moved in, and plan to make the Coach and Horses our home base.

This is a wonderfully quaint property, great staff, fantastic breakfast and walk to the train service into central London. Highly recommend

The food was amazing and the selection was great too. Everyone was very helpful. Single room was okay - Bathroom was good size. Bed was comfortable.
