Stay At Rome

It was hard to find but once you knew where it was it was easy to get to, it's a bit run down in the area but there is a steak house on the corner and plenty of small shops to keep you topped up. The room and bathroom were always kept topped up and clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They let us get in our room early and kept in touch by mobile. A brilliant place that's affordable and next to the metro which pops up at all the major attractions, but walking is the best way to do it because traffic is very busy. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Abbiamo deciso IL 24 SETTEMBRE 2018 io e la mia fidanzata di prenotare per Capodanno in questo "albergo". Sul sito era scritto che non serviva conferma in quanto già prenotato, inoltre dava come orario massimo di check in entro le 20. Il giorno 31 Dicembre ci presentiamo all'entrata dell'albergo verso le 19:15, che altro non è che un appartamento in un condominio. Suoniamo al citofono e nessuno si degna di risponderci. Chiamando il numero presente sul sito internet lo stesso risulta non raggiungibile. Fortunatamente un inquilino del condominio che stava rincasando ci apre il portone facendoci entrare. Una minuscola targhetta ci indica che "l'albergo" si trova al quarto piano. Giunti là, dopo aver bussato invano per una quindicina di minuti (il campanello è rotto), ci apre un'altra coppia di clienti, amica del proprietario, comunicandoci che lo stesso è andato a far baldoria per capodanno. L'altro cliente in quanto amico ha il vero numero del proprietario, che cadendo dalle nuvole ci dice che non ci aspettava, perché la prenotazione gli risultava cancellata (mentre dal foglio in mio possesso la prenotazione non è modificabile, né rimborsabile). Fortunatamente la camera era disponibile, per cui siamo riusciti a sistemarci. Per questo motivo non farò alcuna denuncia all'autorità giudiziaria, ma è vergognoso il modo col quale siamo stati trattati, per non parlare della totale negligenza in materia di sicurezza, della tavoletta del bagno divelta e dell'assenza di acqua calda.

Nel complesso buono, per la posizione, il silenzio e la disponibilità del gestore. Scarsa la pulizia nella camera e in bagno.

テルミニ駅からB&Bへ行く場合、徒歩では治安に不安がある地帯を通らなければならなく、バス71番利用がより安全。朝食は近くの公園にあるところでクロワッサンとコーヒーのみ。部屋は電気関係の不具合が見受けられた。

Haus von außen: normales Miethaus, wenig einladende Fassade Empfang: sehr freundlich, kurze Erläuterungen zu Details erhalten, 4 kleine Flaschen Wasser für den Zimmer-Kühlschrank - soweit Top! Zimmer: geräumig, Möbel teilweise auseinanderfallend bzw. beschädigt, Bett / Matratze war super, ein Handtuch pro Person, Wasserkocher, keine Tassen oder Gläser - nur kleine Plastikbecher. Zimmerreinigung: eigentlich täglich, wir hatten alle 2 Tage vereinbart. Es wurde jedoch nur einmal sehr grob gereinigt. Das Bett wurde hierbei nicht gemacht. Klimaanlage: mobiles Gerät mit Abluftschlauch, sehr laut. Nur von außen gereinigt, daher teilweise Staubfänger. Fiel am ersten Abend aus. Nach Senden einer SMS Fehler am Folgetag behoben. Bad 1: Dusche total verkalkt und unansehnlich. Hier besteht Ekelgefahr! Bad 2: Kein Toilettensitz / -deckel. Wurde in 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht behoben. Bad allgemein: Nur Gemeinschaftsbad, am dritten Tag kein warmes Wasser morgens. Wurde nach Schreiben eines Hinweises behoben. Bilder zur Hotelbeschreibung: Eine Hotelbar gab es nicht. Auf den Bildern sind weder Klimaanlage noch Kühlschrank zu sehen. Die Mängel im Bad sind nicht erkennbar, erst recht nicht die Verkalkung. Frühstück: (1 Kaffee und 1 Croissant pro Person) als Gutschein - jedoch nicht bei den Einrichtungen, die auf den Bildern zusehen sind, sondern bei 'Il Chiosco' im angrenzenden kleinen Park. Echt super, Personal super symphatisch. Bus-/Metro: 3 / 10 Min. Viele Restaurants in Umgebung.

Un refrigerateur vide, même pas une bouteille d'eau, propreté de la salle de bain douteuse, un appareil "climatiseur" inutilisable (pas de prise de courant à proximité) et même chose pour les lampes de chevet, tres difficile à trouver malgré l'aide des voisins (plus d'une heure), le petit déjeuner doit être pris à l'exterieur (kiosque) Le rapport qualité/prix est tres defavorable

No es un hotel, es un departamento, y no muy confortable.

De eigenaar is aardig en behulpzaam! Er was ons bij het boeken hiervan Continentaal ontbijd bij verteld wat er dus niet bij zat. Keuze was alleen koffie en croissant meer niet. Terwijl je op de foto’s een restaurant ziet met een hele buffet. De b&b zit in een flat in een achterstraatje in de stationsbuurd. Houd er dus rekening mee dat je dus zwervers en veel dronke mensen tegen komt onderweg naar je b&b. Ik zal dit zelf niet een 2de keer meer kiezen vanwege de valse informatie.

Sehr sauber und günstig; top zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar

We stayed 5 days, the owner Pasqualle is very hospitable. He answered questions via whatsapp and made us feel very welcome. The B&B has 3 good sized rooms with a good bed, tv, closet for your clothes, a comfortable chair and desk. airconditioning, a minirefrigirator and a watercooker in the room. The breakfast is really Roman style, you get a cup of coffee and a croissant in a coffeecorner 30 meters away from the B&B. In the neighbourhood are lots of nice restaurants, bars, and it,s a ten minute walk from termini station with every possible shop that you could wish. You can have a shared, or a private small but very complete private bathroom. It is a real good place to start to discover Rome. We will certainly come back once more!
