Heritage Hotel

From the moment we arrived at the door step of the hotel we was welcomed by a staff member who I believe is called Derick Nicholas. He helped us with our luggage and made us feel welcome despite the current situation! The staff was friendly and looked after us very well! The Queen size room with balcony was spacious, clean and the bed was cosey! The only thing I didn't like was the kettle and the shower setting! Apart from that I enjoyed stay at the heritage hotel and would happily return again in the neat future!

Hotel staff were friendly They were able to accommodate my early check-in Check-in and check-out was simple Location is close to attractions and port Room was spacious and clean My only hope is in the near future they will get a bit of a face lift as things seem a little out-dated in terms of furnishings in the rooms/dining area, but other then that I would recommend the hotel.

I like the location, but the property needs major upgrading, the rooms are out dated, the bathrooms tub is rusted out, the toilet doesn't flush properly, the amenities needs update, and the internet is crap,

Got in late everywhere is closed nothing to eat at hotel and this place is very old and run down one bottle of water in refrigerator its crazy never again.

Needed updating. Rooms were okay for a motel rather than a hotel

Location is the most positive thing about this property - two minute walk to Heritage Quay and redcliffe Quay. Friendly and helpful manager, Mr Nicholas and his staff. Facilities could do with a facelift and general upgrading. Lovely big room space, soap etc replenished regularly.

Hotel was very central with large rooms and beds , good friendly staff but it is tired and needs a major sprucing up.

The scenery is spectacular. Convenient location super staff members especially the housekeepers
