The staff was very helpful. No closet in the room. No light above the mirror in the bathroom WiFi was good

The front desk was very helpful. My only issue was that there was an atm machine on the premises that did not seem to work. Other than that, will look forward to staying.there again.

The rooms are basic but always clean. We've stayed here about 4 times and plan to come back in the future. Remember, this is not a resort, but a safe place to nest while you enjoy Pasadena. The rooms area is secure and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Next to a freeway, so maybe bring earplugs. Pre-pay via Hotels.com made check-in hassle free.

I loved the murals in the rooms even on the ceilings. Plenty of light to read by.

Polite staff and helpful, room clean and tidy although being so close to the traffic was a little noisy but OK. There was a dog barking through the night across the road but not the hotels fault. Would book again no problem, safe and secure. Thanks to the staff

Towels were dirty (stained) shower stall was broken-could EASILY brain someone if they fell. No floor mats in the bathroom. Television did not work. Blankets and sheets dirty and stained. Hardly any electrical outlets in any place of convenience, bathroom had no ventilation fan, or window, which in CA is illegal. They obviously just exterminated a ton of bees (instead of just moving their flowers). But they made no effort clean the bodies up. Vending machine took my money and gave me nothing due to malfunction, and this was “not their responsibility” per the front desk

Decent room for the price

The motel is in bad shape.

Only 2 thin pillows. Only one thin blanket and sheet. Very very hard mattress. Climate control needs thermostat instead of low and high. Very hard to find the right temp while sleeping. Super nice and helpful staff!!!

Everything was below standards and the owners watched you like a hawk which made you fell very uncomfortable the price was $140 a night way to high for these issues
