Agora Life Hotel

The hotel was located in a side street and was therefore shielded from the noise of traffic. The staff were not only polite and pleasant, their English was excellent and they actively assisted us with recommending which excursions to take and booking them on our behalf. This is a boutique hotel with only four rooms on each floor and the breakfast room situated in the basement. The food was plentiful and varied, appealing to the majority of diets. The hotel is within easy walking distance from Sultanahmet Square where the Ayah Sofya and Blue Mosques are located, along with the hippodrome, Basilica Cistern, Gulhane Park

Nothing negative to say about the property. Ideally situated for the Blue mosque and shopping area's. Staff were brilliant.

The host was friendly and very helpful. The location and breakfast was good. I highly recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. The views from the top floor terrace (open 24 hours to guests) are some of the best in the city. The hotel is so centrally located: a 5 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, comparable or slightly longer walk to Topkapi Palace, etc. We were able to sleep in but still easily get to the sights in the morning and beat the crowds. The hotel is also around the corner from a famous hamam that will book concurrent appointments for men and women. There is a big breakfast spread daily and the staff are all very accommodating and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It is also small (14 units) so while you do run into other guests at breakfast or on the terrace, it never feels crowded and there is always a beautiful spot to sit on the terrace.

The location was wonderful. Short walk to several major attractions and a ok walk to public transportation. the views posted from the hotel roof top are not to be missed. It was one of the reasons we book this hotel and the hotel pictures are spot on. The roof top decks are open 24/7 and we took in the view morning and night. The staff were helpful and accommodating. For a hotel that only has 16 rooms. the breakfast was quite a spread.. There was a little something for everyone. location is a little difficult for taxis and tour shuttles to get to, but not impossible. There are many good restaurants within s short walk and plenty of shopping also. The only complaint was the cost of the hotel provided shuttle. At 60 euro it was expensive ( a taxi was 1/3rd the cost) and the driver drove around and around the blocks surrounding the hotel. Finally a hotel staff member had to come to the end of the street and "collect" us' it added 20+ minutes onto an already long day.

Very nice rooftop terrace and lovely service & good location! Areas of improvement: from the room we could hear everything in the hallway and everything from outside although door/windows were closed. You can also hear in the hallway what others are doing in their room. The bathroom was nicely done, but could have had better cleanliness, toilet flush was broken etc. Nice soaps & shampoos! Lovely, very helpful staff! Breakfast to me as a Scandinavian was nice, two Turkish people travelling with me said it was not nice. So matter of preference.. ;)

There's a rooftop terrace that gives you a birdeye view of the Blue Mosque, Ayasofiya, Topkapi Palace, Galata Tower, the Bosphorus/bridge and Domabache Palace...Ideally located within walking distance of most tourist to do list including Grand Bazaar, Egyptian/Spice Market and the Cistern...Nearby Hamams/turkish baths and lots of great places to eat and shop...

Loved the location! It is literally a few minutes walk to the key sites in Sultanahmet. Loved the view of Hagia Sofia and the Bosphorous bridge from the terrace.
