So I know you get what you pay for, but the apartment was disappointing.
I had the top floor apartment and the level of cleanliness was really not acceptable.
When I arrived, I had to clean the apartment as I didn't feel comfortable The floor had crumbs on it by the kitchen, the kitchen itself, behind the cooker, was old pasta. The towels provided had holes in them and the bedding was cheap and I had to wash it as didn't feel comfortable in the current situation that it was clean.
There was old food in the cupboard and rubbish in the draws.
The outside area at the front had litter on it and there is a back area that had pet brushes, general junk.
The door to the back patio also didn't shut properly.
The guy on reception was generally asleep - I went out one morning for a walk and at 8 am had to knock the front door down to try to wake him to open it!
No COVID checks, just a hand sanitizer by the front door - always many [people in the office downstairs watching TV etc.
I would have checked out but had paid in full and the guy downstairs, as I said was asleep or not around .
Also, no daily cleaning unless you leave the key with the guy downstairs.which you would only know if you can see the guy and ask why the place wasn't cleaned !. no coffee shop, no room service, no premium bedding ( far from it) no business center, no room service, no free newspapers, Multilingu staff -they don't speak english, maybe other languages. sleep number by selec
