Great location and style. It feel super cozy and classy, and it's within arms length of some of the top attractions, and for the others there are multiple modes of public transportation right at the door.

Great location. Excellent customer service

Great hotel to visit Berlin. Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, Alexander Platz and Christmas market. The internet service is lousy. Could definitely be the improved. The bar is very cozy, good breakfast buffet for additional price.

Nice little boutique hotel located at the back of Hackesher Market (good location if you want to stay in the bustling area around Alex). Friendly front room staff and rooms spotless. However.....the two things that would put me off staying again are:- 1. the beds are too hard (well for me as a side sleeper anyway). Felt like I'd been kidney-punched every morning. 2. the air-con/heating is non-existant. It's down to minus two outside at the moment and the room is not overly warm. Messing around with the thermostat seemed to make minimal difference. A lot of hotels in Berlin suffer from sub-par heating/cooling systems and this is one. All -in-all I'd rather stay again at the nearby Adina or Zoe - similar prices but superior hotels.

Great location near Hackescher Market. Great breakfast buffet and lounge area. Rooms were on the small side, but efficient and we were out sightseeing most of the time anyway.

Cons: Did not feel welcomed by staff, the one elevator on-site was very slow, the room was extremely dark and was disappointed in lack of amenities in the room (no mini-fridge or room service option). Pros: The location was excellent in relation to the S-Bahn and 8 U-Bahn and the bed was comfortable. For the high price per night, my expectations were different. I will not be staying again.

Overall good, although there is no air conditioning/ ventilation in the room so we have to open the window to get fresh air! The room is very dark and could do with some more lights.

Very clean and beautiful decor in public spaces and room. Staff welcoming and then so efficient, friendly and helpful. Great touch in having the Moulton Brown products in the bsthroom. Excellently designed shower.

Perfect location for sightseeing and eating out due to central location and proximity to train and tram stops. Rooms are small but nice, and you don't spend much time in them anyway when you are on a city break. Good shower. Lovely breakfast and bar area - very atmospheric. My main criticism would be that the lighting in the rooms is very, very dim - you can't even read a book by it. Atmospheric, but not very practical.
