Cambria Hotel Miami Airport - Blue Lagoon

This hotel is not well located, as it is necessary to have your own vehicle. The installation is very good for this class of accommodation, but they were not providing airport shuttle service and a restaurant, even to pay the breakfast. In addition, the common area of the second floor and my room were dirty! I spoke with three front desk employees and just in my last request, they somewhat clean the carpet.

Last minute decision, convenient to airport. What we didn't expect was for the pool to be ice cold (even though we called ahead of time to make sure it was open). Well the pool water was colder than the weather outside! Yet they charge $100 deposit for amenities:/ To top it off, there was no fridge in the room, no coffee maker, no ice container, a broken tv & a broken bench . so what exactly is the deposit for? And why does the listing on Hotels say these are included in the room if they're not? While showering the kids, someone walks into my room, gets half way in when he noticed i was in the room. He runs out. I chase him down the hall to the elevator just to find out he was a she, engineer of the bldg. I asked what business she had in my room & got no response other than an "i'm an engineer here. I'm sorry." Reported it to front desk w/a bs "sorry." Well, we're not happy w/that. How do i know why they were in my room. They could have been stealing for all i know! Definitely never using that chain ever again & we'll stick w/the Hyatt's in Miami. Hotels.com, you guys should be doing better at screening. Not a great stay at all & damn right we're spreading the word.

It was ok. I’m assuming since the rooms aren’t getting cleaned daily (because I of Covid), the overall cleanliness isn’t great. The rooms could use some updating. Nothing to rave about but it works for our one night stay with access to the airport. FYI, the continental breakfast is closed through Covid which was also a bummer for us. Not the Hotels fault, but we were disappointed

Great hotel, very quiet,confortable bed and excelentshower. Staff at the morning of our check-put were very helpful and polite. We had an issue with laundry and they went out of their way to help us. Really appreciate that!

Stayed for 6 nights ,for 4 days breakfast wasn't served, i asked not to clean my room, but i didn't ask not to clean the carpet in the hallway or the elevator, i upgraded the room and paid extra for it, thay gave me a refund because of my inconveniences but they took it back.this hotel is very good in apologising to you,very good in promises which they never kept.skip it !!!!!!!

The room was spacious, cons was the ac did not get cold needed a new filter my nose was stuffy

Conveniently located to my destination. Beautifully decorated and clean. Very relaxing.

This is a pretty beautiful hotel, I really liked it, I would like to stay there again when I come back to Miami
