Hotel Manastir and Suites

I found the place great value maybe because of the low season. The place is very spacious easily accommodate a family. Shower always hot water kitchen facilities good balcony had sea view heating and air conditioning worked. I would definitely stay here again excellent value

stayed in one of the older rooms - was clean but use a makeover. The restaurant, breakfast, pool and amenities are simply fantastic.the best hotel in Bodrum i would say. amazing sunset view

This place was amazing .. location , amazing views , great staff

At chechin the staff knew but failed to tell us that WiFi was not working at this higher-end hotel. They claimed the storm the night before was a culprit for internet being spotty throughout the city of hundred 147,000. This was a lie. We used internet at many coffee shops and also inquired at two other hotels. No problem with Wi-Fi. Very surprising that Hussein the front desk manager never contacted me when myself and other guests complained and waited for him to show up for an hour. The view in this hotel is great but in my travels I have discovered service is number one priority. The staff at this hotel do not seem to care. Shrugged shoulders is all we receive. Different font does staff promised us several times that the issue would be resolved shortly but it never was. Stay away if service is important to you.

Incredible view of Bodrum.. sea and castle.. great hotel and staff ., excellent open buffet breakfast,, after 30 years it did not disappoint

This was our third stay at this hotel and it has definitely changed for the worse. We were very disappointed compared to previous stays. The room was dull, dark and dreary. The bathroom needed a refurbishment and there was no hot water, lukewarm was as good as it got. The toiletries in the bathroom and the tea and coffee in the room were not replenished. The 'mini bar' is simply a small fridge containing 2 small bottles of water. Breakfast was terrible, the staff were disinterested and the hot food selection was not made available after our first morning. The breakfast area was grubby and cats were allowed to roam freely. The choice was limited, the vegetables and fruit were not fresh, and I discovered a dead insect in the yoghurt. Some guests were served with omelettes, but this option was never offered to us.The proprietors would appear to fallen out of love with the place, which is a shame. We would no longer recommend this hotel to anyone,and will be looking for an alternative place to stay when visiting Bodrum.

Location, views and breakfast were excellent. The photos that were shown of the room on the website were not the same. The room need to be refurbished, it is old, the walls are dirty and the bed sheets should not be used any more they are weary and rough. There were cockroaches and spiders too.

View was excellent with a lovely restaurant and lounge. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. Beautiful view, location is a little far out walking but worth it
