Should be chosen for the amazing location right on the beach. Rooms are (as others have mentioned) a bit worn out but functional and what you see on photos is what you get. My only negative is the bed. It is the hardest mattress I have ever encountered. Sleeping in the floor might feel softer and more comfortable (for my taste at least 😀)

An absolutely incredible property for the price. Location right on the beach, next to kite surfing and other activities. It needs some new paint in a few places, but the overall experience was as good as any of the pricier boutique hotels we stayed in. Silent mini-splits with good air conditioning. Return beach vacation to this well located hotel at the heart of Huahin. Beachfront and easy walking to a market village mall. The room is spacious and clean.
