Hotel is definitely what you see in photos, but food area connected to lobby doesn't make it pleasant at all. Lobby smells food. Lots of people are operated you see bands on bloody heads tapped nose or anything else insightful . I mean you don't want to see sick people in a hotel. I couldn't tell the difference between this hotel being a hospital. Each time I walked in I felt like I'm walking through an hospital entrance. Luckily our rooms were comforting. I never went down for breaky because it was a turn off. I even saw patients doctors walk in to check up on their patients staying at the hotel. Staff are not helpful because they don't need customers as they are always fully booked out due to people staying st that hotel after getting cosmetic jobs done. Location is easy. Easily catch a cab for 20lira to kabataş station and go anywhere in istanbul from there.

Amazingg workers were so helpful and lovely always smiling and ready to help you. Mükemmel calişkan yardim etmeye herzaman hazir olan calişanlar var çok memnun kaldik

The hotel is in a good location for hair transplant clinics. It is clean and office staff are friendly. The only problem was construction noise when I was staying there. The economy rooms have large column in the middle of the room which may pose Problem for those getting up at night and walking into it. Good buffet breakfast served in the mornings.

Room are very small. Breakfast below average.customer services no good.

It was nice hotel located in besiktas. The breakfast was average but was not bad. It has got a car parking space which is a plus considering its central location.
