Location excellent, near transportation and very accessible to food and shopping.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful place for a week from Thursday 12th to Wednesday 18th December and we had amazing Customer Service at the Reception always smiling and willingly to help if we had a question. Housekeeping was astounding, made our beds perfectly every day and always added our every essential including water bottles. However, the breakfast buffet at Level B1 is something I need to mention. From Sunday 15th To Wednesday 18th December The waiters/servitor on that level was not nice and impolite, they only said good morning to certain people and look down on people who dresses very casually

Good location. Near to Taipei Main Station. We stayed for 4 nights.

3-10 Dec 2019 My son and I stayed in a room meant for three so the space was good. We even had a proper dining room table! There was an issue with the shower drainage - slower than the usual. There was also a problem with the flushing button. I pressed it and it wouldn't bounce back. It came right out of the cistern lid (i lifted the lid and took the button bit out); I jabbed the stuck button from the underside and that worked. It also rained for two whole days continuously (i'm not kidding - more than 48 hours) and the headside of the bed was right beside the window. I was woken up a few times one rainy night by a water droplet (one only, on each occasion). It was probably condenstion drops. To be honest, I did not raise any of these issues with the hotel as I did not consider them major. That said, staff were helpful and spoke some english. The location to taipei main station is closer than I thought. You cut across to shin kong mall and walk along it to the main road then hop into one of the entrances to the underground mall. Z2 or z3. There are plenty of eating places outside the hotel. Plenty of good bubble tea, fried chicken, delicious noodle and rice places. Under the hotel and in the same building is a decent italian restaurant. Also nearby you have Yayoi with decent japanese food. There is also a pharmacy nearby. There are also watsons, family mart and 711 nearby. You can't go hungry here!

Great breakfast spread. Convenient location close to main train station, restaurants, malls. 2-28 Peace Park, Liberty Square. Friendly staff. Modern room.
