Staff was great.
The hotel condition however is a bit rundown for a 4-star hotel
1. The bathtub cannot be used (the drain was working too well, so the water cannot accumulate)
2. The mirror was peeling off at the sides
3. The bathtub have stains
I thought the room was a bit small (but there’s a balcony so it’s okay)
As to the beddings, they wont change everyday unless you ask them too (this I understand as it’s more eco-friendly). But the sheets get a bit itchy (it’s probably because of the detergent and fabric conditioner they use, no bedbugs)
When we arrived, the shampoo, conditioner, and the shower gel was just filled with water. I’m not sure if they just didn’t clean the room before we checked-in. But they did give us 1 set after we called it in.
The AC gets noisy when you put the fan in its lowest setting.
TV is flat screen, has cable, but not a smart tv. So no Netflix and no Disney+
Had a good time hanging out by the pool.
And it’s really close to the beach. Other than that and the great staff, nothing much to expect. I hope that they’ll be able to do room renovations once business is doing well post-pandemic
