The Panoramic Getaway

Great hotel. Staff were excellent. We loved the balcony rooms with a view and the infinity pool was heated and great view. Hope they can get their alcohol license soon as they haves great restaurant / bar set up with their Underground Restaurant.

One of the best resorts with world class amenities. All the rooms have a breath taking view. I'm awed by the cleanliness, hi-tech amenities and attention to detail of this property. One can just stay at the resort and not go out and still have a great time. A well maintained heated swimming pool, great food, beautiful spa , hygienic property with great aesthetics and attention to detail, overall a great experienced. Well groomed staff :) Great job done by the owner of this property. Will definitely recommend this property !

We booked this hotel as a 1st of 4 for traveling Kerala. After visiting India previously with varying hotel experiences, I was particular about which hotels we chose & opted for 5 star only. I was concerned on visiting the panoramic getaway that my recollection of fantastic Indian hotels was either affected by ‘rose-tinted glasses’ or that the Keralan hotels did not match their Rajasthan counterparts because I was a tad disappointed with our stay: Positives - Beautiful rooms with a fantastic view. Lovely bathrooms, amazing shower. - Stunning infinity pool & surrounding area - Attentive, friendly staff Negatives -the ‘at one with nature’ vibe is blemished by birds in tiny cages and fish in a small pool with just enough water to swim positioned next to the restaurant. I actually found this quite upsetting to be honest. - the breakfast was ok - my boyfriend liked the ‘buffet style breakfast’ but for me I struggled to find anything I wanted to eat (despite loving curry for breakfast¬ a fussy eater) - everything lacked finess. It all looked quite sloppy or unappealing. Anaemic sausages, curry with little in them other than sauce and only fried accompaniments, sickly sweet juices or pasta salad?! The eggs to order were OK and baked beans but these were only available 1 day. - Children’s play area next to the outdoor dining area affected the ‘couples retreat’ holiday we were after - restaurant overpriced -better food 800m down the road (and 10th of the price!)

Underbart beläget hotell! Den vackraste utsikt man kan tänka sig. Rent och fint och god mat i restaurangerna. Goda mocktails, men inget vin. Bubbel hade annars varit perfekt i rooftop poolen. Vi var där under lågsäsong så det fanns gott om plats och det var mycket lugnt, på ett skönt sätt.

لقيت حشرة بالمتبل وبطلت آكل من عندهم ... والمطعم ما رجع حتى قيمة الأكل .. اكتفى بالاعتذار وقال إذا تبون نجيب لكم صنف ثاني أو نغير المتبل لواحد جديد! وأسعار الأكل جدا غالية والفندق تعيس وكئيب ويضيق الصدر وطلبنا نكنسل باقي الأيام ورفض الفندق

الفندق بعيد عن الخدمات انطفاء الكهرباء بشكل دايم اصطف الاستقبال والمطعم غير لطيف في التعامل مع النزيل عدم الاهتمام كذلك اصطف الاستقبال ينقصه حرفيه المهنيه للتعامل مع النزيل كذلك التأخر في طلبات الغرف

Excellent hotel

Perfect hotel for a calm and pleasant stay. Staf was very friendly and helpful, we had a three great days. We borrowed two bikes from the hotel an those were far from five star standard everything else was great.
