We usually don't stay in the same place twice, but this is the exception. Just a brilliant place to stay; cannot fault. Location, amenities, staff, restaurant, value for money; all brilliant.

Great location just a 3min walk from Kyoto station. Good sized clean rooms with a small balcony. Free laundry available & soap detergent is supplied. Lovely area to have welcome drinks in the evening, options included beer, wine & cocktails, nice to have a mulled wine & sit in front of the fires during a cold Feb night. Restaurant on site & although we didn’t eat there during our stay we did have a night cap there after visiting Gion. Would stay again.

impression quite different from few years ago! Have been here in 2015 when it was first opened and left a very good impression so i went back in 2020. Gives quite a different impression to me this time. Things became rather dated, service not so good, the female receptionist is ok, but the males are usually cool and without a smile, not that friendly. The hotel got no view in the rooms although they got balconies, all surrounded by buildings which are super close so the balconies become literally pointless. It was better before perhaps because the hotel next door was not built at that time. If you live in the north tower, you have to bear the cold and rain when you went to the onsen which is in the south tower (you even have to cross the road, no linkage to it). If you want a coffee, you have to go down to G/F., And if you are a late sleeper, you better choose another hotel coz there is no late check out available, you have to pay 3000 yen per hour.

We have stayed here many times because design is great. Staff are friendly. Great location for transporrstion.

Very close to Kyoto station. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Good enough room space to easily maneuver two large suitcases. Spa, fitness rooms, and free drinks every day (alcohol/non-alcohol).

Beautiful property that was a joy to stay at. The areas for guests to relax was very inviting and I enjoyed the fire pit and complementary drinks each night. I would love to stay here again.

笫一次入住三晩南館。洒店有南北館，南部北館只是一條小馬路相隔。接待處和餐廳在北館，浴場在南館。北館除餐廳外，其他地方是室外，接受待處也是，冬天會感覺涷。入住每晩十時前有免費飲品一杯，還有全日免費自助咖啡茶。房間比之前住湯元鳩屋瑞鳯閣大一點點。整體這間洒店很不錯，設計風格特別，很多外籍人士入住。洒店很近京都車站，步行五分鐘就到Avanti和直Q巴士去JR難波車站就在Avanti門口。
