Great hotel, nice room with a view. Friendly and helpful staff. Would go back again, only things are the ac didnt work well and i recommend you rent a car.

Location was good The bedroom two floors it’s not safe for the kids should be one floor for the kids

We have a 2 year old boy and found it difficult to find a family friendly, safe hotel that could accommodate us in this area. This hotel is superb. From all aspects. the room was extremely clean, spotless which is a great first impression The staff were so very friendly throughout. They go out of their way to satisfy. Exceeding expectations throughout our stay. The food was delicious. We worked our way through the menu! Our little one loved the rooms hot tub. Spent hours in it. The location is great. A short walk to Imerovigli and Thera. The hotel is on the other side of the Caldera view. So you cannot see Oia from the hotel, however you simply walk across the road and up 7 steps and its right there! However the bonus was the sunrise view is right in front of this hotel. I watched it from our front balcony a few times. Breath taking. Personally having watched the sunset many times and the sunrise, I think the sunrise is actually far more spectacular.

It is a very nice small hotel as the most in Santorini; the service is excellent however the price is pretty high. Location is wonderful.

This hotel was a paradise! I loved everything. Very clean, outstanding service from every single employee, the menu was absolutely delicious and the drinks as well. The room was incredible, with a balcony that has the best view ever and we hot upgraded to a suite with an outside jacuzzi. I had the best experience so far among other resorts.This resort is highly recommended, not only for peaceful environment, but mostlyfir the excellent service I received from the staff. We are definitely coming back soon.

Property was beautifully furnished. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However some equipment in the room require maintenance, such as the wifi router (intermittent) and one of the power sockets which have came off its mounting.

The place is beautiful, but what made it so great was the staff here. They helped my friends and I at every point of our stay. Completely awesome!

The resort has excellent staff, mesmerizing view, delicious dishes. Everything is perfect!

Wonderful stay overall. Staff really goes above and beyond. Only complaints would be all the ants that were getting in through the AC unit and the bed was harder than we'd like. Would 100% go back! Note that it does not face the caldera bjt as a result gets sun all morning and into the early afternoon! Its also nice and quiet and private compared to resorts on the caldera side.

We were told that this hotel was a great place to stay by the locals and we were not disappointed. It was very beautiful inside with a cave style look and a hot tub indoors. The pool outside was delightful with a nice view. Having a place to park next to the hotel was a lifesaver; there aren't too many places to park on the island. The breakfast was okay and it was free in the restaurant. The staff was helpful. The only negatives that I have about the hotel were the hotel drinks and a huge spider in the room. The hotel drinks were the worst that I have ever had. I would not recommend getting mixed drinks there. Stick with wines and beers. It was overall a great place to stay and I am a frequent traveler. I would recommend staying here especially if you are renting a car.
