The inside is brand new so nice stay . Jus not really sound proof . An beds not made properly, an needed to find my own towel

Building is in mid reno. The bits they have completed are great - the rest is in construction..

Liked new bathroom-good water flow and hot water Location great for Sydney marathon Conditioner no good in shower Bed was very hard, slightly stained transparent sheets, could hear everyone passing through place-very thin walls Fridge smelt of mould,no cutlery for making tea/coffee Place was being renovated but the smoke detectors were disabled throughout the building Was similar to being in an active construction site

Reception spoke very little English. Room was dirty, doona cover and sheet and pillows cases not changed from last person. No towels or face cloth no soap for shower. Not that I could use shower filthy dirty window wouldn’t close so therefore unable to lock it. Floor in communal area hadn’t seen vacuum in years. Fan in bedroom was so black and dirty that it couldn’t be used. Dirty would have been clean compared to this.

There was dirt in the hallways, dirty cushions in the cupboard, and a pubic hair in the fridge. Everything felt grubby, cramped and in need of repair. I knew this would be budget accommodation, but I don't think it is too much to ask for a place to be clean.

Good location and price, comfortable but needs fitted sheet, hot water and towel rack in bathroom. If it had hot water and fitted sheet would have a higher rating.

The bathroom was full of mould and very run down. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Air-conditioning didn't work. When I did the booking I was told parking was $10 for the night but when I got there the hotel staff told me I had to pay $15.

If you just need a place to sleep at night when you get back from visiting places, then this place will do. Kirribilli is a nice place with a lot of small cafe shops with good food. The walk from the train is about 8 minutes with a slight incline to this place. The room was okay, no AC just fan. The entrance is slippery when it rains and I slipped one time. The bottom line, cheap, sleep and on the go. Doors don’t have locks, but a door stop. Walls are very thin. Let’s just say on Sunday morning, you could hear them doing it and it was loud.
