No thing is good as they did double booking of my room... I had to search another alternative after tiresome journey from Melbourne. Still haven’t got my refund back

No lift and noisy

Comfortable bed, but other guests made plenty of noise well into the night eg. door slamming. It was so noisy. Also there is no lift.

THERE ARE a lot of steps to get to your room so if you dont like stairs then it probably wouldnt suit. room was basic but cheap $75 share bathroom down the hall checkout is ten but i asked for a late checkout which was given to me but i went to the toilet at 10am and then the key wouldnt work anymore so i was in my pjs and couldnt get back into the room. had to go all the way down stairs to the public bar and get key working again. i then went upstairs to my room and it didnt work so luckily housekeeping was there to let me in .....lot of stairs to go up and down again. Parking is right behind the hotel and can park on the roof for as long as you like but if you go out at night the rood closes at 8 so you cant go up there. lucky for me it was weekend and i got to park on the level down which is normally a 3 hr parking zone only. room was designed weird as tv was hidden by the makshift wardrobe/cupboard. other than than you had a jug tea and coffee and a fridge so everything you needed

The hotel is located above a bar. The building is older. My door key stopped working at one point. The security door upstairs to the hotel did not work. I only stayed one night since it was closer to the airport. The staff were helpful.

Ok for a old pub room. Air con would be nice. Room.had a smell but ok.

No air con in the room, plus a shared bathroom made it not ideal... but the price was very reasonable

Check in is at the bar..Check in was delayed for over an hour because they were still cleaning the room..so I sat in the bar..(Think I should have got free drinks while I waited!)..No Tab, pay for drink s as you go., even tho they demanded my credit card and took it away to make a copy of it .then they gave me the key and told me it was two flights up..(no lift)

Overall great place to stay close to the airport, room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my partner got bitten by a poisonous spider overnight, so that was a downside - probably could have happened anywhere, just put us off staying at this hotel again.
