Villa Marina

The Villa Marina was welcoming and clean. Richard explained the measures in place in relation to Covid and showed us to our room. So many small and thoughtful touches which made us feel safe and very welcome. Room 12 was described as a small double, but had everything we needed and more. Lovely decorated and really cosy. Mugs for a brew always a bonus in my eyes. Have to say the breakfast was fantastic. Proper full up for the rest of the day and good quality ingredients. The hosts Richard and Donna make the place. Lovely and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Great location opposite peashome park and only a few minutes walk from the sea front. Donna and Richard are very welcoming and make you feel at home. The triple room we stayed in was beautiful, the beds were really comfortable and the cleanliness was second to none with additional cleaning products like antibacterial wipes, washing up liquid etc to help reduce the risk of infection. Would definitely recommend the villa Marina and hope to return one day.

Very hospitable and friendly proprietors; Richard & Donna made us welcome from the moment we arrived, the place felt like home from home. The premises were immaculately clean and they were doing everything to comply with CV-19 regulations. The breakfast was amazing, best fry-up I’ve had in a long time! Gorgeous rooms, brilliant location opposite one of the entrances to Peasholm Park and a five minute walk to the beach (North Bay). I can’t praise this place and owners enough, it’s the personal touches and friendliness of this family run business that make it so special. We’ll definitely be going back.

Lovely rooms set in beautiful area by the park in Scarborough. Short walk to North Beach. Smash g couple who run the guest house. Fab buffet breakfast top!

Just spent the last two days at this fabulous hotel. The delightfully decorated room was spotlessly clean. The comfy beds were covered in crisp white linen. The hosts Donna & Richard were lovely They went that extra mile making sure Our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning and would recommend without hesitation. Service was 5 star.

Very pleasant two nights B&B at the villa marina. Chosen because of its location in the north bay area close to the golf course and all the north bay attractions. Lovely couple as hosts, clean and comfy room and a lovely buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend .

We stayed in room 14 at the back of the building top floor. The room was small but it was suffice for our needs. The en-suite although dated was impeccably clean just like the rest of the room. The bed was a standard double and very comfortable. The room was hot on a night time even with the window open it was hard to get the temperature right. But the was a fan in the room provided which helped. The breakfast in the morning was beautifully cooked and presented in a buffet style with plenty of cereal to choose from. The hosts, were lovely, kind friendly and interested in you making you feel at home and at ease. All in all we enjoyed would recommend to anyone needing a place to rest their head with a good breakfast in the morning.

We were met at the door by Donna & Richard. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, in an ideal position for the park/mimi golf. They were very attentive at breakfast,couldn’t do enough for us. Pointed us in the direction of all the attractions. We had a day at the Abbey, used their discount card that saved us nearly £20.

Had a wonderful two night break at the Villa Marina, wonderful view of Peasholm Park from room 3 and delicious hot and cold buffet breakfast. The room was very clean, comfortable (home from home) and had everything you could wish for, fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, tea and coffee - bonus good wifi signal. The hosts, Richard and Donna deliver first class service, nothing is too much trouble and have lots of tips about the surrounding area.
