Wonderful location and very comfortable amenities. This is my second time staying here and will do it again.

Roger was so helpful with coordinating our fishing trip, and giving us good advice on where to eat and what to do there. All of the locals were kind and just had a laid back attitude about everything. The free beakfast offered was delicious, and the view was spectacular.

Great place to stay for the money, location, inclusions and staff. Close access to the island ferries, beach bars and restaurants, and San Pedro. We enjoyed the kitchenette and refrigerator, and didn't feel like we had to eat out every meal. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with their recommendations. The breakfast included with the room consisted of good-quality fresh fruit (papaya, pineapple and oranges), bread/toast, boiled eggs, cereal, a hot dish or two (scrambled eggs, breakfast burrito, potatoes, etc.), and coffee/fresh OJ. The only ding was the physical location of our room relative to the busy beach "road" and the golf cart volume at night. I imagine the other rooms that were further away or higher than the ground floor were a little quieter. I would definitely stay there again.

We were coming back to Belize from Roatan and decided to fly up to San Pedro/Ambergris Caye. We booked online for that night. We were greeted by Jermaine to let us in our room. The place is absolutely cute as a bug. Rooms were big and well appointed. It is right on the beach. The rooftop terrace was wonderful for a 360 degree view. We will for sure be back!!

Pros- great location right on beach and within walking distance of everything. Cons-most staff was excellent, but we have a issue with rental of a golf cart from front desk. I was told the rental fee was $45-50 Usd per day. Upon check out a rate of almost $80 usd per day was charged. After making contact with staff this issue was never resolved.

The location was fantastic. The staff was very friendly ,very helpful and very informative. Everyone made you feel right at home and was willing to help with anything that you needed. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Germaine is a great person to have in the office. Very helpful for our whole time there. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, the location is great. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is very low.

The property gave you the feel of being on a tropical island. Beautiful wood through the property. The location is perfect, central location so you are close to everything.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. It was easy to rent a golf cart from the front desk. 2 stores to buy groceries only 1 block away. Kids had fun in pool. Location was excellent.

Loved its proximity to the Palapa. And the swimming area.
