The hotel is not terrible, but given the selection of hotels available in Chiang Mai I would not recommend this place. Couple of things that I did like about the place, location, size of the room was good for 4 people, and A/C was plenty strong. Here are the things that made my stay less than comfortable...bathroom faucet doesn't have warm water, hardly any water pressure from the shower, no hand towels or wash cloth provided, no drinking water or any type of beverage provided (not even if you wanted to pay for it), shower curtain too short so bathroom floor fills up with water each time after a shower. As for the service, everyone will greet you with a smile, but not very helpful...they don't speak any English at all, which I've dealt with similar hotels in the past, but it's their lack of willingness to help that was bothersome to me. Bottom line, given the number of available hotels in Chiang Mai and the price per night at Na Inn, I won't be staying at this place again and won't be recommending to anyone.
