Convenient location walking distance to all the sights. Loved the concept of the hotel, but our room had no internet and the bathroom was cold due to old windows. However, main issue was a terrible smell in the entry area of the hotel. Breakfast was ok and service was excellent.

It was one the most charming places I've ever been!! The staff was lovely and the location was excellent.

It was a unique and amazing experience. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, a pleasure to stay in. It was sophisticated and yet homey. The common areas were also a pleasure, it was like staying in a private villa. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and they had complimentary snacks out during the day, which was a nice touch. Extraordinary!

Diana and her colleague made this trip AMAZING! What fabulous customer service from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in the gardens and our cottage was cute (although slightly quirky!). Breakfast was good, decor is lovely. Honestly, it was the care and help from the staff which was brilliant. 8 minute walk to the river past lovely restaurants, masses to choose from. We cycled in which was perfect as there was place to leave the bikes and we didn't have to cycle across the cobbles in Florence. Thank you!

It was not what I expected. Very strange layout and entry. Not really a hotel more a large house. I have never stay in a hotel like this. It is not my cup of tea.
