Italianway - Melzo

Check in was so easy and the italianway rep was very nice and efficient. The area around the apartment has lots of places to eat and is located close to sights and transport options. The flat was only marginally comfortable, and looks better in the photos. It lacked some basic supplies, like tea towels, and whilst there was a small bottle of Prosecco left, no tea or coffee making supplies were available. For me, the two main negatives were the cockroaches in the bathroom, and the uncomfortable mattress in the loft. It was ok for a night or two, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

The lady at check in was angry when we at 9:50pm - 10 mins before checkin. She probably wanted to go home early but we had a delayed flight and a long train journey so I didn't appreciate the negative welcome. The area was nice but there were a few issues with the room: - there was no bed. Just a mattress on the mezzanine floor. -there was nothing to stop be from rolling off the mattress and falling on the floor; there was no grid put up. -the stairs also not encased and had no handle bar; genuinely would not recommend for those with young kids or elderly - found cockroaches in the apartment - there was a leak from the ceiling. When i rang the helpline no one answered. Said it would put me through to their voicemail but the line cuts off - you can hear many noises, people walking on the above floor and the main door closing On a plus, it had everything i need and was big

First of all, the pictures they advertised WAS NOT what i got. I checked in at 3pm, was very tired and when I entered the apartment, they did not clean ANYTHING even found a condom it was disgusting... then when I called the guy in charged of course apologized but he already knew what I was calling for even before I said what I needed to say. To make it clear, he didn't even call me first to notify me. Had to leave the apartment for an hour

The property was fine, close to stations and city centre. We were displeased at the fact that they charged 35€ without notice, and they just took the money from the account we provided and that was to get the apparent clean and ready for us. During our stay there from the 24 until the 28, the apartment was not cleaned, and we did not recieved any fresh towels. They left toiletries for only one person even tho there were 2 of us.

On the ground floor but seemingly safe(had no issues). Can hear walking (stomping) in the apartment just above, especially from the mezzanine. Fortunately did not last long, and no other noise that was particularly offensive. Wifi did not work well at first but needed just a new recharger cord

Great location near Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires. Very responsive staff. The weather unexpectadly turned cold and they quickly delivered blankets. Large space, beautiful balcony overlooking interior courtyard so not too noisy.

The apartment and the block and neighbourhood it's in all had a good feel.

Extremely professional with excellent follow up. The apartment is in a central location yet quite isolated from the noise. It had everything you would need. We were extremely happy with the experience.

Grand appartement, bien équipé et calme. Situé près de la Porta Venezia. Pratique et confortable. Supermarché à 2 pas. Bons bars et restos dans le quartier.

Lejligheden var fin, god til prisen. Køkkenet var godt udstyret med gryder og pander. Check-in foregik også nemt, nøglen skulle hentes på centralstationen, hvorfra vi gik til lejligheden på 20 minutter. Lokationen var også fin, det tog under en halv time til Milanos centrum, så vi gik alle steder.
